*I think it was a "family Guy" disc 2( or 3) in season 5? ( Or some season) when "Mort" inadvertently activates stewie's time machine , thinking it was a port-a-jon,sending him back to 1939 Poland at the onset of the German blitzkrieg ( 8.1 out of 10)

I was flicking through the channels and came across “Just Friends” with Ryan Reynolds and Elizabeth Banks. Funnyazz movie! 8 out of 10.

We watched Hugo for the first time. Great feel-good flick.

Spiral: Chris Rock is a terrible choice as the lead, but it was better than I expected. It was well paced and Samuel L. Jackson was great. 7/10.
Conjuring The Devil Made Me Do It: Not great. 6/10.

Tom Clancy's something something...let me look it up - Without Remorse. I'm all for any kind of action movie, mindless or not, and I lost interest in this several times. I also got the impression the director pushed his agenda on this movie, but I still try to watch it as it was and it was just a very generic movie. I just looked up reviews from the actual Tom Clancy readers and fans and it seems to confirm my suspicions. So sad.

edit: Let me actually rate it - 5/10

It had nothing to do with the book. I think they just licensed the name of the Clancy book and then wrote an entirely different action movie. Tom would have not allowed this. I wonder who is managing those agreements?

On my last flight I watched Breaking News in Yuba County. I wasn't able to completely watch it so I rented it from Red Box and watched it again from the beginning with my wife. I really enjoyed this quirky movie as it's not your run of the mill crime movie. I would rate it 8/10

I cant stand musicals, but me and the fam are about to watch "Into The Heights". Seems like a lot of people love it so we shall see. Anyone else catching it in the theaters or on HBO Max?

I took my wife to see "Mama Mia" and I have yet to recover. I asked a judge to put a Permanent Restraining Order on me for anyone that appeared in or had anything to do with that offense to mankind. Pierce Brosnan is still in hiding. And I am still hunting him.

There's only been one good musical that I can think of, and that's:

Lol...there's only one true musical GOAT. Scott Baio and Jodie Foster running around as kid gangsters boozing and killing each other with Tommy Guns filled with plaster while dancing and singing with adult voices. What a classic...
