He sometimes works as a runner for a couple of the local concert venues, so he's met and partied with a lot of artists, from Taylor Swift to Snoop Dog, and everyone in between, but I've never seen him as excited as he was about this. Here's a trailer:

Plot is familiar which is why it might be a B movie, but the movie quality looks like A. When i think of B movies, i think of crappy done horror type movies

Could be some bad acting too. My nephew told me it was a B movie, and I imagine he'd be the most likely to be biased. lol

It was actually written by Townes Van Zandt, one of the greatest songwriters that ever lived.
There was a documentary about his life called "Be Here To Love Me" and is an absolute must watch for any Townes fan.

Speaking of Townes there's another great documentary and soundtrack called "Heartworn Highways" about the early outlaw Country and country folk music. It features David Allan Coe, Guy Clark, Charlie Daniels Band, Rodney Crowell and a bunch of others including Townes.

Townes plays "Waiting Around To Die" and in the background you can see Uncle Seymour, "The Walking Blacksmith" start breaking down in the middle of the song.... powerful stuff

Maybe he grew up in Russia. there's no way any red-blooded American that was alive during the 80's didn't watch that movie. :cool:
