Yeah i lived down the cost a few years back and it was a good 3 hour drive from Huntington beach to Oxnard for just a 2 hour practice. Better to watch all the Tweets on Twitterbird and sit in my house.

Its football practise, not the Olympics.

Looks like a camp cupcake schedule. Two days of only 2 hours each and they have to take a day off to recover.

What’s with this cupcake schedule?

I need more hours and more days of practices, so I can eat ice cream on the couch and watch practice updates and video clips on Twitter while I scratch my butt.

I believe it is 12 noon CST today is the team PC.

Anyway hopefully we get some good tidbits, as to players health and when they will participate. Already seen a few things as to Cooper, Hill, Jarwin, will be held out the 1st few practices.

Do they not still do a conditioning before they are allowed to start TC, I thought that was the same day as report day. Or maybe today, or did they stop doing that.

its league rules you been hiding under rock? they just got fined for OTAs being too active

the players and CBA with the PA made sure they got plenty of rest..

After the off season. Yeah I enjoy it too.

to be honest I am excited about camp too. I enjoy watching practice clips on Twitter and reading camp reports.

I hear you but two a days always seem to end with some catastrophic injury. Most of the injuries seem to be contact as well. I will never forget Scandrick’s injury late in training camp. It flashed across the television screen at about midnight East coast time.

Practices have been 2 hours for years and years. I went to all the padded practices in San Antonio every year they were there and it was always 2 hrs.

these are the practices that are open to the public.

there is also a walk through on most days. That is closed to the public/media.

Rams already lost their starting RB with torn Achilles.... Cam Akers done for the season... next man up... Daryl Henderson.. maybe they give Gurley a call back
