Hooker was constantly injured in college just like he's been in the pros.
See what I did there? Stated facts.
Facts? Hooker had surgery during the offseason before his rookie NFL season, however he did not miss a single game in college, I won't even mention "constantly injured".
"After redshirting his first year at Ohio State in 2014, Hooker played in all 13 games in 2015, recording 10 tackles playing mostly
special teams. As a redshirt sophomore in 2016, he took over at free safety.
[3][4] During the first game of the season, he recorded his first two career
interceptions.
[5][6] On November 29, 2016, Hooker was name First Team All-Big Ten.
[7] After the season, Hooker decided to forgo the remaining two years of eligibility and enter the
2017 NFL Draft."

He played in all 26 games during his two year college career. I myself am not sold on him given the injury history (in the pros) but at least use facts when you say you are using facts (much like using context when using "stats").
Heath is what he is, and that is a free agent that no team is rushing to sign at this point. You cannot play from the tub, I get that (regarding Hooker), but trying to put Heath on par with Hooker for anything else is laughable (both in college at the pros).
Heath could be had for the same deal, but at least he's fully healthy and could actually contribute.
Now this I do agree with, but his contribution would be different that Hooker's would be. More special teams, less on the back end of the defense (unless injury needed).
