Truly, they were Tres Hombres and no one member more important than the other.

The MTV flags should be at half mast today as they helped create that.

I saw them the first time in 1971 and at least a dozen times since then and they never failed to be excellent.

A sad day, indeed.

RIP sir….

He used to come into a restaurant that I bartended back in College, about twice a week(when not on the road) and always asked for me to serve him. I got to know him well, even gave me a 24K gold ZZ emblem to put on a chain.
