His job is QB and paid as such, it is not GM nor do the packers need to consult him about personnel moves. When Karen buys her own team she can do whatever she wants until then he is a player not owner, not coach and not GM.
Have you actually listened to the press conference?

He sticks up for previous players treated badly towards the end of their careers. There is a way to handle guys who have played at Pro Bowl/All Pro levels for an organisation.

He doesn't want to be a GM. Given he's a 3 time League MVP with a ring and been a part of the locker room for 17 years then anyone with a brain would take on board his observations over this period of time.

Great players have been informed of team intentions or asked their input for decades. This is nothing new. No one is saying they should be allowed to unilaterally dictate but asking about how their priorities \ beliefs line up with the organizations goes a long way toward good relations.

So he said he just wants to be consulted about players being cut. So say the GM or coach or both call him in and tell him we're cutting player x. Rogers lobbies to keep player x but they cut him anyway. You think Rogers is going to just say, "well they listened to me" and be happy? I don't.

I don't give a damn, he is a player not an owner he is not a HC or a GM. He threw a hissy fit and now he has returned because he is not going to lose his money. Anyone with a brain knows players do not run the ball club. GB was around before Rodgers and won championships and they will be here long after Rodgers is hanging with Jake from state farm. If he wants to run a team then he can take his money and buy his own team.

He's a player. Nothing more than a player. He should have zero input in personnel moves.

Most do not throw hissy fits as Rodgers did and threaten to walk away. I would trade his butt and get what I can for him and move on. No player is bigger than the team. GB was here long before Rodgers and will be around long afterwards
