How many times has he been fined Dallas has viscous dog laws and his poochies would have been removed if the met the criteria

This isn't more than a casual read over coffee in the morning so I probably shouldn't be making snap judgements. I just remember a dog attack to the pool cleaner, kid at the park, and now the neighbor.....actually, I think the 4th one might of been Dak. But when a pattern starts to emerge it's a bit concerning.

My kitten has decided she wants to play so I am going to play with her so she does not get mad and kill my neighbors and get me sued

Is that four dog attacks now?......the facts point to the opposite.

They both are negligent. This is a reoccurring problem, it seems like every time a mistake is made around those dogs, someone gets mauled. Given the history you can't just say "keep the gate shut for the dogs"......it's not enough.

This is his 2nd dog incident. How in the world did you confuse this for the 4th time?

I am a dog lover and have rescued several, but dogs that bite people or kill other animals need to be caged or put down. There is no sense in waiting until the dog kills or severely injures a child.
I'm with you on the biting people part but the the attacking other animals part needs to be case by case. But even the biting people part has be case by case as it is important to know the details of the situation because I want my dog to bite someone trying to break into my house...

100%

In school I saw an 8-year-old come to the hospital after being mauled by a dog. “De-gloved” was the term used in referencing his face.
So sad. I hate hearing about bad things happening to children.:(

Whoa, it's bad enough getting bit by a big Rottweiler but when two bulldogs join the attack, it's a sure disaster. A pack of 3, no less!

After all is said and done, the neighbor claimed that the damage done to her was of a permanent nature, so it's surely no small incident.

WOW I wonder if my neighbors would even try to sue me, let alone for $1M, if my dog bit them.
I’m sure your neighbors lawyer would have an idea the max your home owners insurance would shell out easily before deciding it’s better to fight it in court

The lawyer should have a field day with this latest act of aggression.
An attack by three big dogs is an extremely serious violation! :omg:

WTH is it with NFL players and dogs? Jesus, it's like Michael Vick Part II. Just proves the point that money does not equate to intelligence.

So that is like saying a child that does bad things should be put down before they cause someone harm. Sorry but a dog's behavior is a learned behavior by an ignorant owner.

Actually yes it is enough. If you keep the gate closed the dogs rarely get out and nobody gets hurt. I am reminded of when I got married and my wife moved in a few months later (she was my GF at the time.) She hadn't been moved in a month and she starts on the "we have to put a fence around the pool." My response was there is an 8 foot fence around the whole yard. She clarifies.. she wanted one of those kid proof fences around the pool. Because we weren't married I told her hell no. :) She starts in on all the "it only takes a second for a child to drown" nonsense. I came back with "no it takes several minutes for a human being to drown." Also if people just watch their damn kids the kids never drown. All the stories feature someone who "just went inside for a minute." Uh no you didn't. And even if you did.. WHO LEAVES A TODDLER ALONE AT A POOL FOR ONE SECOND!??!!? When our youngest was born she learned to swim before she could walk. Started her in lessons at about 6 months. She was never left alone by the pool until she was about 20. Needless to say, she never drowned. In the case of Zeke's dogs.. I seem to recall on at least two of the instances he was not home and someone else let them out. I can hold him responsible for hiring idiots to work on his house.. but that's about it..

So what your saying is you trained your daughter properly, and always took precautions to make sure she's safe. But a dog owner doesn't have that responsibility. And people don't really leave their kids around a pool even for a second, it's not like there's a huge number of kids drowning every year.......but every now and then a contractor leaves a door open and while you can blame the contractor, you've got to also wonder, whose the idiot who didn't want to put up a fence? But to make this analogy a bit more accurate, we'd be on the 3rd kid drowning while still not putting up a fence.

Zeke's dogs have destroyed three peoples lives, one was a kid in a park. I'm glad your family is healthy and wish you and them all the best but we see this one very differently....that's okay. My opinion is whether it's a gun, dog, or pool you are responsible for making sure nothing happens because it's yours.

Define a huge number? According to Stanford Children's Health over 800 kids under 14 in the US die from drowning every year.

In contrast according to dogbit.org 46 people died from dog bites including 15 children under 10.

Melodramatic much? On what planet does being bitten by a dog "destroy your life?" Were they permanently maimed? Suffer debilitating injury? Killed? In all the cases that I can find the answer is NO. The pool lady got bitten on the arm. I can find no mention of this attack on a kid at a park. One of the cases was a guy who WORKS AT A PET SPA!!! No offense to this guy but if you work at a place that takes care of dogs getting bit from time to time is part of the job description and you should know how to handle dogs of all shapes sizes and temperment. One incident has involved people breaking in and stealing one of the dogs. It seems like people are out looking for a chance to get money from Zeke over these dogs.
