We have seen the "let Dak air it out" approach in 2019 and 2020. It's not pretty for the team success side of things.

We need to get back to the real engine of the offense. The run game.

Imagine if our RBs could hold on to the ball, unstoppable!

Hey, someone insinuating the Cowboys are bringing back a player too early and minimizing the injury status? When has that ever happened except for Barber, Ratliff, Roy OU Williams and at least a dozen other players?

I can see Booger playing that part Al Pacino played to Dennis Quaid in "Any Given Sunday" when he was guilting him into playing.

It’s funny the contradicting reports. Rappaport and few others say dak will be fully healthy for week 1 then Schefter now saying this.

Propaganda, submitted for another excuse for a loss to TB? Or Propaganda, submitted to get into Tampa Bay's head so we kick the everlasting **** out of them?

Schefter >>> Rap when it comes to credibility

Think about it. Dude isnt even fully practicing with 2 and a half weeks until the regular season. That arm is cooked

This isn't a report, just Schefter's take on the Prescott situation. It's still notable, as Schefter suggests Prescott's injuries could keep him at less than 100 percent for most of the season. Prescott, who's second MRI showed improvement in his shoulder strain, was cleared to throw this week but has been limited in practice and will sit out Saturday's preseason game with the Texans. There's enough questions on Prescott and how healthy he is to shy away from his fifth-round ADP. Prescott told NFL.com's Gil Brandt he expects to be ready for Week 1.

tired of hearing everyone's OPINIONS and Takes who are Not dak, coaches or doctors. They feel they dont want to risk it and he will be Ready to go game 1..i believe they know..they simply have him on snap count at practice and want him to take two more weeks to be sure its 100%.

most PRO sports athletes are never 100% going in or staying that way for season..i mean TB12 played the playoffs with torn MCL..he did fine didn't he it's part fo the realty of pro sports

Fair enough. We will see what happens. I do believe the days of this being "nothing" are over.

Dak is not TB12.

TB12 kept his injury a secret and kept pushing. Dak put his "sore arm" out there for all to know.

Dak isn't built like Brady.

I think Schefter is just speculating. Local analysts like broaddus and other haven’t said this

I think Schefter is doing what a lot of people here a refusing to do. Reading between the lines.

MM, Jerry, Dak, and anyone can say whatever they want, but the fact that we're a little over two weeks from game day and Dak is still not a pull participant in practice says more than their words every could.

For me it's a possible big deal until proven otherwise. Obviously they have a well trained staff of professionals, but I'm real curious how a muscle strain heals with continued exertion of the muscle.

Guys, just think for a second here...

Jerry, MM, Dak, all of them can say whatever they want to the media. They can tell us every day that Dak will be ready for Week 1.

BUT, every day that goes by that Dak is not a full participant in practice proves their words to be empty. They can't hide the severity of the injury behind their words when cameras are everywhere at practice.

You just have to read between the lines and know that actions always speak louder than words.
