They cut him because he refused to take a pay cut. I doubt he's looking to be third-string for Dallas.

On the bright side, most of his salary is paid by the Saints, so we could possibly try for a cheap 1 year deal. Doubt he'd take it, but worth a try.

Last time Murray played ST, he was a Rookie. Corey Clement would still have been the guy signed had Murray been available. Not sure why this is a conversation, being that we have our #2 in Pollard and Murray isn’t a #3.
He would be a great fit down in Miami. He’s from Florida.. and went to college at Central Florida. He can finish out his career being a dependable RB for a young QB in Tua. Just my opinion tho
edit: then again, he’ll prob sign with the Giants as Saquan’s backup. Garrett will be doing a lot of time management and limiting Jones Att’s.. hence they will be running alot. With Saquan coming off injury, Murray would be a nice breather for them. (I don’t want that to happen, just makes sense)

Eagles highlights
We're good with Corey Clement as out backup RB. Plus, Corey is 5 years younger, has much less wear-n-tear, can play Special Teams and is much cheaper to keep.

Just laughable to watch. Some posters have zero ability to be unbiased. Latavius Murray is a much better back then clement. If zeke went down, we would need a back like Murray to help shoulder the load with pollard.

I actually like Clement as an option on our team. For one thing, our special teams was terrible. Remember in the Seahawks game when Pollard botched the catch of a kickoff leading to a safety on the next play? And how often are we complaining about our special teams? Thus, Clement's role, among other things, is to help with things like field position and not being an idiot on kick returns.

Knowing you, you homerly convinced yourself that clement was a awesome signing. And since he has a star you can’t bring yourself to reason logically.

It's got nothing to do with homerism or bias. Get that through your thick skull. The Cowboys made the right choice at the time the player was available...and why. Plus, they also had other things to look at like contract amount demands, can the player contribute elsewhere (special teams) while being a backup, age, wear-n-tear, etc. You know this, but you're complaining as usual simply because you don't like the Cowboys decisions once again.
It's very simple: stop calling fans "homers" or "biased" and simply go follow another team if you're that unhappy. Grow up.

if all the guy is doing is special teams then fine. If you want a back that can run the ball and do a good job, Murray is much better. Not even close actually.
