Cee Dee had 3 drops, 1 of which led to the pick. 1 is probably not considered a drop but he should have caught that one where he was slding on the ground. I think he cost us 2 drives!

Zeurlein - that is just a coaching mistake not getting another kicker in camp and putting him on PUP until he was ready. Period - this loss is on them!

That "Dart" to me was a questionable pass to begin with. #88 had three defenders around him and had to make a play on the ball. Yes, he should have caught it, but to call that a drop?

CeeDee first drop was just a poor throw by Dak (short and behind the receiver).

The throw you’re talking about was a great throw by Dak. That was 100% a catchable ball that a good receiver should make.

Um, really? I think he had to like, um ah... leap, a little, um, ah into the air, um...some.... a bit....? maybe?

......hit him directly, square in both hands lol

Uh, that's his job, that's what he is supposed to do. The QB's job is to put the ball where the receiver can get it.. the WR's job is to get the ball.

The expectations of some in this fan base is ridiculous..no QB places perfectly thrown balls all of the time... heck Brady had quite a few misplaced passes and he is the GOAT...if the best QB in the NFL can throw passes not perfectly placed then why would you expect a QB you call middle of the pack to second tier QB to be perfect every pass. The expectations are unrealistic.

There were enough mistakes in all 3 phases to lose this one.

offense did not finish drives. I think they were 1-4 in the red zone.

Defense, as expected, remains a work in progress. Did force TO, also did give up big plays. No pressure, the interior D-line stinks, I’m hopeful Osa catches on quick and Gaillimore return helps. Safety is still garbage that they simply ignore it. Corners outside of Diggs, aren’t very good.

ST stunk out loud. Everyone is going to bash Zuerlein, but the fact this FO and coaching staff thought he was ready to kick off back surgery and essentially no work in camp/preseason, is incomprehensible.

hey, at least the Jones family was able to celebrate the grand opening of the Miller Lite House this week! These dopes should have been trying out temporary kickers.

If Cooper plays like he did tonight there is no chance he goes anywhere
I've been solidly in the Cooper is gone after this year camp since the second I saw that contract. But, I have to agree with you. With the increase in the contracts since then, the expected increase in the cap and the way Cooper has played I just don't think we can afford to lose him.

CD has great abilities and i think with maturity he will be great.. that said, i like Cooper but I think you showcase him and then trade him for a #1 at the deadline Going into the draft with 2#1s is priceless and how you build a champion.
If the offense plays like this every game, there is no way we trade cooper at the deadline because we will be running away with the NFC East at that point.

I was just answering his post about hitting him directly in the hands. That's all.

Ceedee hurt the cowboys bad tonight. He has to fix the drops. He stalled the first drive with a drop, as well as the drop from Dak (it was a short/bad pass) but still you have to catch that.

He then drops the absolute dart that lead to Daks sole pick after throwing 50 times.

This is not a CeeDee hate thread, but he has to work on this if we want to get rid of coopers contract. Until then Cooper is and will be our best receiver.
He's going to be a great WR but he didn't have a great night.

It hit him right in the hands. He's an NFL WR. They are paid to make those catches. You're losing your sight in you old age Marine.

Well jerry and most fans anointed CD way too soon. He hasnt had to earn it and it shows.
What I dont like is him laughing after his drop, because well it isnt that funny !

Alot of times a smile or a laugh is an "embarrassment defense mechanism" but his interview after the game he owned it. He blamed the game on himself because of what he called 3 drops.

A thousand likes. clearly something wrong to have two receivers so close together and would have been better not to let that one go.

Probably one of those talking heads on the TV that are in love with #4. I understand. Dropped passes are like errors in Baseball at the discretion of the scorer. I am not sure who gets to decide what is a drop and what is a bad pass for real. I mean, I know we as fans all bicker back and forth and all that matters not a bit in the end. All that matter is what JJ and Mike and the kid (the OC) think.

Bro, Ceedee blamed himself last night for 3 drops, and was distraught about it..

It's not like he's gonna throw the QB under the bus. Like I said, he's a pro, he got his hands on it, he should have caught it, but it wasn't a friggin' "dime"!

You have to have been blind not to consider that a drop
