Here's your update:

He's been tested around 10 times a month over the last 18 months. Over that period, he's missed 7 tests. However, it appears for some of them, there were mitigating circumstances. A few missed tests were when players were sent home from Cowboys camp due to disease that cannot be name issues. NFL seems to be taking a hard line stance and not buying the circumstances that caused him to miss some tests.

This league just gets worse and worse. Multiple negative test and he’s missed a few when we aren’t even there? What a joke

How do you test one player that many times?

At worst that’s a game or two. Not 5

Why has La'El been tested so much (10 times a month over the last 18 months) for???

What is going on here? What is the league's reason for testing him so ridiculously much every month for the past year and a half?

Sorry, I did not click on nor read the article. I'm too upset to do so. Apologies.

I actually think that as a whole, almost everyone who follows the NFL hates The Goon worse than they hate Booger....if not Booger, someone from the Cowboys needs to articulate in a statement all the unfair S that has been going on....including the Zeke ruling....and basically state that this biased S had got to stop and will be addressed legally every time it happens going forward.

I was looking through the NFL substance abuse policy yesterday and I don't get it either. There is no violation I could see that carries a 5 game suspension. There is 4 and 8 games but those involved several previous infractions and failed drug tests. It seems like Collins would to have been deep into the program to get a 5 game suspension. Of course we do not know exactly what the infraction is but given the policy it looks like Collins and the Cowboys had to have been aware of the problem for some time.

I found this which explains in detail how the policy works.

Yeah I once thought Elliott would beat his looming suspension based on fact and logic.

Back to reality.....if Roger wants the guy suspended he is gone. Period.

Appeal it, make it a story, and suddenly our opponents miraculously no longer commit holding.

Thanks for the update! We finally learn more about this whole fiasco. I wonder if 10x per month is normal.

What has happened to the Dallas media over the last 20 years....are they sooooo afraid to look nationally like a Cowboys homer that nobody will investigate this S and put something damning in print so The Goon and national NFL audience will know how crooked and biased they are???
