How do you know he was missed? We haven't seen him in a real NFL game yet to know if he can be missed.

Many assumptions made about the improvement of this secondary with not enough ball played yet.

Seeing Brown was enough for me to miss Morris Claiborne.

Brown was very weak on thursday but he is just a symptom of a bigger issue. No pressure!! Until we fix that the back end will continue to be exposed. Now i will say using the tampa offense is a bad barometer for judging this defense they make alot of people look silly.

Its a top 3 offense along with us and KC

Kelvin Joseph was dearly missed in the secondary with Brown getting burned all day.

Bossman would have intercepted at least one of the deep TDs. When he returns he will have a Marshon Lattimore type of rookie season!

Lol! What were they short a water boy during the game? It was pretty damm obvious that Joseph is at least a year, probably 2 from even getting in on the sub packages. Just because you continuously post nonsense doesn’t change the fact that it’s nonsense!

Usually, I agree, but Nayshon Wright has played well during the preseason. It will be interesting to see what Dan Quinn decides for this upcoming game against the Chargers, especially with Joseph on temporary IR.
There’s a difference between playing well and not being as atrocious as what everyone advocated on draft day. His performance in preseason was far from good. Any play time he gets this season is going to make AB look like the second coming of Deion!

Brown has always been the fastest DB on the team in the past. I’m assuming the coaches deferred to his speed and experience. Maybe one of this year’s rookies is faster, but either way, I’m guessing Brown will play better against lesser offenses and receivers or we will see someone else get a chance.

How can someone be missed that doesn't have an in-game pro history? KJ is not the CB some of you think he is. He was getting burned by 2s and 3s and a DPI machine in the preseason. KJ would have done no better than anyone else or worse than anyone else we have to put out there. He's not ready, folks. IR is exactly where he needs to be.

You have to give these rookies a year before depending on them to make a difference. They are not exactly the 2nd coming of Thurman's Thieves.

In game #1 in 1982, Walls, Downs, and Thurman started and had INT's. Theisman threw 4 INT's that game. It was his birthday and the "complacent" Cowboy fans at Texas Stadium sang him "Happy Birthday." He didn't seem appreciative.

Just like how many people claim Parson to be the #1 LB on the team without playing a real NFL game and when he did play he got his butt handed in coverage looking like a chicken with the head cut off.

Huh?

Parsons has been healthy all of this time, never missed any practice and actually looked good during training camp and preseason.

Totally the opposite of Joseph.

These really are some idiotic posts projecting what someone would have done without supporting evidence.

This kid is going to be the next Randy Gregory....... the less he plays, the larger the myth of his ability will grow.
