More of this "Oh my gosh Dak is so great" garbage yet how did Dak do in those 400+ yard passing game? That's right, his record is below .500 so yeah Dak and screw the team.

Except for when Dak’s record is good, right?

In 2016, it was “DURRRR BUT ANY QB COULDA DUN DAT DURRRR EVEN COLT McCOY AND TYROD TAYLOR DURRRR”

He’s 42-28 as a starter with terrific stats. I’m so sorry Dak’s kicking your teeth in at life.
:lmao2:

I thought it was a team game though? Oh, and what is Dak's record from 2017-2021? That's right, his record is 29-25....so a .537 win %....so 4 whole games above .500 and 2 losses from being a .500 QB. Yeah, keep bragging about Dak's stats all the while the team loses.

Here's some trivia

Dallas has a better record in Dak's career when he DOES NOT throw for 400 yards, than when he does.

If you have enough pass attempts and your offense is completely out of balance, most starting NFL QBs can throw for 400--especially with good weapons and line. Almost no teams have that many pass attempts because its a poor winning recipe

8 400 yard passing games
.500 record (4-4) in those games.

1) Don’t cherry pick. He’s 42-28 as a starter, like it or not. 29-25 since 2017 is actually impressive when you consider the garbage around him.

2) Yes, it’s the ultimate team sport, so don’t put losses on the QB when it’s convenient to do so. Drew Brees’ Saints went 7-9 for 3 straight years, Tony Romo’s Cowboys went 8-8 for 3 straight years. I bet you don’t blame THOSE QBs though, right?

3) The groups of people who are paid to study and know the NFL (coaches, scouts, execs, players) unanimously believe Dak’s a surefire top-10 QB, and closer to 5 than 10. The small minority of zealots who disagree, such as yourself, will continue to look foolish as time goes on.

4) Since football’s a team sport and Dak’s numbers show him to be a damn good QB, what exactly is your argument that he isn’t one?

Hope you’re well though, bro! Even if you’re nuts when it comes to Dak.

2-20 when trailing at the half since Kellen Moore took over the offense in 2019.

Yes people......we KNOW he has thrown for a lot of yards when behind and hasn't fared well against better teams.

Thanks for the millionth reminder.

Stick around. Watch the end. It just may work out.

technically the romo cowboys went 8-8 two years in a row and 8-7 in 13 as he did not play the final week vs the eagles.

sorry, I had to point it out. ;)

its a good Chance if Dak throws for 400 the other QB throws for the same

the defense has been letting this team down for about 15 years now

A lot of those yards were gained when the other team was ahead by a lot so they simply played zone defense allowing the pass completions and stopped the Cowboys in the red zone.
I'd be curious to see a breakdown of how many of those yards were during garbage time with the "other team ahead by a lot". I suspect it's not a lot contrary to what you say.

OMG HOF yellow is on its way for Dak!!!!

6-12 his last 18 starts OMG and a Jelly Donut for our Cowboys!!!!:(

Blame everyone and everything except Dak!!!!!
You can't score TD in the Redzone?
Having issues scoring the first 3 Q of games?
Your defense holds them to single digits and you still lose the game???
Look away it's not the QB's fault!!!!

Bottom line- at this point it’s obvious to any objective observer- QB is not a problem for this team. There are tons of problems for this team and QB ain’t one of them.

Wrong...some of us reserve the right to agree that we disagree with this perspective.;)
QB is problem # 1 for our Cowboys and all the Garbage stats in the world cannot hide the fact this is an average QB who feeds his stats while we lose game after game!
You can bench me again now as selling the Dak myth is probably good for business.......
6-12 his last 18 starts and how many games we held opponents to under 20 points and still LOST!
If it ain't the QB responsibility then I must be watching baseball.....

The flaw in this logic is that there should be a lot of average QBs on this list... it's not as if Dak is the only QB that has been down multiple scores in the second half/4th Qtr, yet he is the only one to have elite stats.
