Disgusting officiating

You really don't see it? At all? Pettigrew is grabbing Hitchens all through his route, including his facemask. This is my last reply to this. I've seen you arguing with other posters. Even when there is clear evidence in front of you you always seem to side with the refs. Have fun.

I'd stop too if I was lying for the whole world to see and didn't want to dig a bigger ditch. In no way shape or form does Pettigrew "pull Hitchens towards him" as you stated. Pettigrew puts a hand in Hitchens' chest because of Hitchens pulling his jersey, which is a foul you conveniently ignore, then tries to do it again and gets Hitchens' facemask instead. Look at the real speed of the play at the beginning. When Pettigrew puts a hand in Hitchens' face, does Hitchens' head come forward (like it does when one pulls a facemask) or not? No.

Again, it defies logic that a receiver would pull a defender towards him versus creating separation to make a catch, which is why Pettigrew was pushing, not pulling. You can call Pettigrew for pushing off and you can call Hitchens for at least holding if not also PI for shoving Pettigrew's shoulder as the ball was coming in. That's an offset and replay of the down. The flag was thrown, the penalty announced, and then was picked up and retracted. If the reverse happened, it'd have been bloody murder here. But saying we got away with one doesn't fit the eternal victim narrative. So who's siding with the refs here? You. Lol.

The DB also never turned his head to look for the ball. In a 50/50 situation that is almost always the deciding factor.

I don't know which is worse, the flippant way the refs assign penalties, or the way that Chris Collinsworthless feels to the need to talk over their conversation, as if to cover for them. Put that together with the forearm to the throat OPI that was deliberately ignored, or Brady's intentional grounding that occurred at the :25 second mark.

It's all adding up to a sickening display of football. Actually, whatever this is, it certainly isn't football played by the rules.

Its not personal . . its business . . .

THE NFL IS NOT LEGALLY CATEGORIZED AS SPORT . . . ITS LEGALLY ENTERTAINMENT.. . .SO YOU CANT SUE THEM WHEN THEY FIX THE GAMES

Maybe.

We're still here after the horrific noncall in the Saints playoff game, and the even more horrific officiating in the Pats/Jags championship game.

The NFL is listed as entertainment, not a sport. And it's becoming pro rassling in the way they handle it. The manipulating is blatant, and can only be missed if one doesn't want to see it.

Losers are always crying, whining and complaining while the winners say deal the next hand.
Winners are always making sure they're being treated fairly and fighting for their rights while losers quietly sit there while someone else does the job of fighting for fairness.
