What is the over/under this week for number of Jaylon Smith plays? I wonder if there is a line on this inVegas.

what's he supposed to say? "I'm ready to go when my number is calle." This is boiler plate stuff.

Look, I get it. Jaylon has been a bad LB the last 2 seasons. But so many people here try to make his comments into something that just isn't there.

It is tiring to keep piling on Jaylon. Look in March or whatever of next year he will be cut, I try to ignore him for the most part until I see a replay and think what is Jaylon doing on that play?

Kamara is #54 now. Now that Lawrence is out, we might see #54 rushing on the edge. Remember: that is not Jaylon. Jaylon is much slower.

Note to Jaylon: if you hear #54 called out the next bunch of weeks, don’t be trying to sneak on the field. I am not buying any of you not remembering the number change.

Jaylon to fans: I am so humbled and thankful to all those people in the stands with the #9 jerseys.
