It could be argued they won't face a better QB than Brady and Herbert until Mahomes in week 11.

We missing a legit, consistent defensive line stud, preferably at DT but any position is acceptable. Love that we are creating turnovers though

OK there is still a lot that needs improvement, but they are definitely improving. Having both DLaw & Randy out was major.
The way they're now getting turnovers hurts every team we play and I can't wait to see where they'll be after a few more games.

People forget how bad our defense was last year…. Again WFT gave up way nore big plays than this defense did. And we we were missing our starting edgerushers. Good job by Quinn by putting parsons on the edge he had like 8 pressures today

Legitimate and consistent edge pressure from Parsons changed the entire defense.

Offenses finally hafta account for a bona fide Alfa I'm gonna prevent this 3rd down conversion or die trying beast.
Not a pressures, TFLs, run stopping War Daddy.
An "Actual Dawg " that you hafta account for where he's lined up every passing down -Lawrence Taylor style

However Quinn needs to continue using him in this primary role will only benefit this defense going forward

Meanwhile, the Bucs put up 48 on the Falcons. This defense is definitely improved and should only get better as the season goes along. Alot to be excited about right now!
