Parsons was playing a new position and arguably played better than Tank has since Tank signed his contract. Armstrong probably also exceeded the level that Tank has been playing, as well today. Will this make the Cowboys rethink Tank’s value?

Tank is a joke. The guy is always injured and never available. And he knows it. Its why he never practices. Complete fraud.

Parsons is great, but SD was also playing their backup RT. Tank is overpaid no doubt, but he has value.

2022 is the potential out year for Lawrence. Cut or trade pre-6/1 and save $8M on the cap with $19M dead cap. Cut or trade post-6/1 and save $19M on the 2022 cap and eat $8M on $2022 cap and eat $11M on 2023 cap.

I doubt any team would trade for him since his base salary is around $21M per year for 2022 and 2023.

Most likely a cut or massive pay cut with incentives. Jerry doesn’t like to do that though. In this case, Jerry may not have a choice.

hes an elite run stopping DE....hes an average pass rusher...hes overpaid but the team is much better with him on the field.

There are 3 schools of thought here / or fan perceptions

1) tank sucks
2) tank is great
3) tank is good but overpaid and doesnt get sacks

The bar is pretty low when Tank is your star defensive player. I loved the days of Ware, Woody, Haley, White, Jones... Those were real stars IMO, and many others

Tank is not even league average in rushing the passer vs other starters.
