Pollard looks great because he doesn't start. If the dude was a head of Zek you would see a different Pollard.
Maybe so. And then what, he would become ineffective like Zeke but not cost nearly as much? Can’t pay a RB what Zeke gets paid and deliver a 4 ypc average, regardless of reasons. We didn’t tolerate it from Randle, we shouldn’t tolerate it from Zeke.

Pollard would definitely look different. Now that running game would be aptly described as a "two-headed monster".

Just looking at Pollard and Zeke, Zeke still looks fat! Jerry needs to unload fatty this next off-season.

I don't think so. I think it works the way it does. Zeke gets the rough yards. if pollard was the starter his stats would drop, his over all performance would drop.... we had similar stats way back when, I believe with Jones and Barber...people clamoured for Jones to be the main back. he became the main back and his stats dropped.

right now, defenses have to prepare for both players. different problems. different styles and it makes both of them better....if teams only had to prepare for pollard, it would be different.

That sounded much more clever in your head, huh?
It wasn't really intended to be clever. It was accurately describing your error. Replacing Zeke's name with Dak in a thread specifically presented to be critical of Zeke is not a typo. Especially coming from you. Criticism - Dak, Criticism - Dak, Criticism - Dak; a conditioned response.

But I can understand how you could make it? Chicken-pecking typing with three letters completely worn off your keyboard.

Another attempt to be clever, another fail. I bet you're the coolest person ever in your head, huh? Pat yourself on the back and go about your day now.

This reminds me of Emmitt Smith and Troy Hambrick all over again.

It shouldn’t.

It’s clear as day pollard can do everything asked of a RB and he has rare wheels that not many guys have.

I hate to go here but Pollards game is similar to Saquon Barkley. I know Barkley is a big guy but he doesn’t play like it at all.

I'm not comparing the players to each other, just the situations. It looks like history might be repeating itself.

SHow us Pollard running between tackles and center and blocking all game long.

You know...since you CLAIM he has been asked to do "everything"...well...let's see it.

He ran “between the tackles” plenty last week.

The problem is you have a preconceived notion that Pollard is just a tiny RB that is speed only and that’s far from the case. He’s a 6’0 215 pound do it all back.

Pollard would make an excellent slot receiver.
But this team has plenty of receivers.
The point is Pollard should touch the ball much more, but that Elliot's contract......

Season is young, Zek is just getting use to that light body of his....ha-haaaa! When it's all said and done he'll be at the top of his game ranking as one of the top backs in the league.
