You can be stupid, lucky and have heart. Let's be honest with ourselves, Those 2 reversed touchdowns were touchdowns. Penalities happened on the other side of the field. Luckily for us, it went our direction and we did get interceptions. The Chargers didn't punt not one time. That's a sign to me.

It wasn't missed and even players that lose a game can play with heart!!! Some fans don't have one and will never understand that.

Troy Aikman said the best game he ever played in, was when they lost to SF in the 1994 NFCCG. They way the team fought back and nearly came back to win.
That game was full of heart.

Actually I think they could have won if not for the refs. Should have been PI on Deion. Of course they still would have needed to score, and probably a TD. Though not guaranteed, but the way they were playing. They very well have gotten that TD.

Pete Rose said the best game he ever played in was game 6 of the WS against the Red Sox. Though Boston won, it was a battle throughout the entire game. Reds of course won game 7 to win the WS. Teams played with heart there also.

It's funny, but I remember the close loses more than the wins. Those types of games bring teams together.....

Gregory and D Flaw are heartless players. That was addition by subtraction.
can you explain your brilliant theory? Gregory basically didn't play last year, and D Law has had to do this alone for years on end here. Do you watch our games ?

Seriously that...person....has to be one of the worst posters. I've literally never seen one good post from them.

He/she was the same neg poster on another board........in fact, not as bad if you can believe that. Some serious personal issue for sure IMO........

What do you mean they didn’t punt. We try to block one and got a penalty for roughing.

Example of the worst fan base in the NFL right here.

But that didn't happen did it. But go ahead and crap away.
It will eventually. Bad coaching always loses out and I’ll call your little ***** *** out when it does but you keep being a homer.

He may be a troll, but did the cowboys miss Lawrence against the Chargers?
I didn't notice any drop off . In fact, you can argue that they played better without him, but it's just one game w/o him, so I won't harp on it too much.

But that was not his comment. His comment was about being heartless. Not about what impact they may or may not have had on the game.

Lawrence rarely has any impact on a game, whether he plays or not. And the chargers game proved it.
Did you even notice he wasn't playing?

I agree with the OP here. This just looked like a game that we were destined to come up short. Key players out, already down some starting DT's, then we lose both starting DE's, Gallup and Lael. I figured we would put up a good fight, put some points on the board because we still have plenty of offensive firepower. But in the end, I thought our Defense would let us down. No way could we stop LA with mostly all back up DL. LA has a pretty good offense. Wasnt this the same team that steamrolled us out of the playoff because we couldnt stop the run. Now we have to play them with backups. Oy vey!. But that game last week, something did look different. Our defense played with heart. We went toe to toe with the goat, losing by a field goal at the end. I wondered if it was real or just a figment of my imagination that the D looked better. Then we play LA and daggone it, the D still looks better. No, we didnt make them punt but once, and we managed to screw that up. But we played complimenetary football. Offense was eating up the clock on sustained drives. Think LA only had 7 possessions? Defense stayed fresh and played their guts out. MP was creating havoc up front. Thank you DW (it showed). Kearse was looking good. We may have found a safety folks! Two games in a row now that this D has left me with positive vibes. And many posters on here felt we may start out meh on Defense but improve as the year progresses. I believe I am already seeing a better D on the field (better product and better effort). If we continue to improve like most thought we would, then we will certainly make the playoffs. Serioulsy, when was the last time you guys saw this D getting turnovers like this. Mikey Likey!

I am not defending DLaw my any means. Not sure what you are trying to imply. My response was about playing with heart. Not about DLaw and being missed or not.
What is not to say if DLaw was playing, we may have won 27 to 7.
