My suggestion to all the draft guru's out there, don't lock in on who the Cowboys "should" get, otherwise, you'll be disappointed. Who you want isn't who the Cowboys want. That's why I'm a happier person now. I love all of the rookies.

Last 2 games our rookies have combined for 25 tackles and 4 sacks along with 8 QB hits.

I really has been astounding how impactful these rookies have been. The unpredictability of their sudden success has offensive coordinators scrambling as to who they should be targeting when they draw up their offensive game plan and specific plays. Who do they prioritize to block? Who do they throw away from? The easy schedule Dallas has coming up will be the scapegoat for their success, but also provide an opportunity to be a little vanilla, and save a few wrinkles for the playoffs. I think the teams confidence is going to be very high going forward for quite a few weeks.

2018 looked historically good in their rookie campaign

Except for LVE, that was a good draft. Injuries derailed LVE's potential.

1. LVE
2. CWill
3. Gallup
4. Armstrong
4. Shultz
5. Mike White
6. Chris Covington
6. CWilson
7. Bo Scarborough

I thought Golston was a bad pick. So far, he's playing really well--and with such little practice time. Looking very good so far.
Why would you think that Golston was a bad pick?

My favorite play was when Chauncey and Osa combined for a sack. Along with Parsons those two guys were extremely productive in college and it's translating to the big show already. By the playoffs they won't be rookies anymore.

Golston could be a Michael Bennett type of player. When I compared their college stats his were better than Bennett's

This may end up being the greatest draft class in franchise history.

Greater than the 1964 draft that gave us 3 HOFers.

Greater than the 1975 "Dirty Dozen" draft.

Greater than the Parcells 2005 "3-4" draft.
I d be shocked if 1964 were ever topped. Three HOFers, seriously doubt it.

I liked Golston all along but I can't believe he's playing this well with zero training camp or preseason snaps, and only a couple of padded practices and one game.

And Osa is a big hit already. Huge to find what looks like a quality 3 tech in the 3rd round.

Same..

I liked The Golston pick but his upside looked like just a good solid blue collar kind of guy.

He shows up with no training camp and has way more speed then he ever showed in college and Brad Sham says the Cowboys are telling him they got a Demarcus Lawrence starter kit.

Well, the draft that year was 20 rounds, three times larger than the drafts today.

The draft was so long that the Cowboys drafted three quarterbacks that year, Billy Lothridge in the 6th, Roger Staubach in the 10th and Jerry Rhome in the 13th.
