First thing that comes to mind is they all agreed he was replaceable with who is on the roster. The second thing that comes to mind is they decided someone who sat at home last week needs his roster spot.

you're moving the goalposts, no one said the coach wasn't informed and brought into the loop but the decision sure as hell wasn't his. Stephen and his front office do the grocery shopping and cap management, they didn't want to be on the hook for 2022 and any possible injuries.
