If he was released off of PUP, isn’t he free to do who he wants now?
Im not sure how those rules work. I think you are right though.

Im not sure if he is healthy right now. Im not too up on his injury status other than it being a quad

Tampa just signed Sherman so I cannot see Gilmore going there.

The only 2 spots I can see him heading to other than the Cowboys are KC and Seattle. 2 teams that are considered contenders for the Super Bowl and need help on D.

With that said, Dallas has shown that with the correct additions they too can be a contender. I believe Quinn will convince him to come to Dallas.

Our defense with this signing will become a top tier D. The subtractions of Smith and Brown from the starting D and the additions of Cox and Gilmore make us crazy good and scary.
he can look at it lie this NFCE DC are in first place, hot, and may not be the frontrunner for sb contention UNLESS SG is added

if he sees himself as a valued difference maker that can put team lie the DC over the top in the NFC, well why wouldn't we be on his short list? especially given Diggs is on the other side i mean that good news for him, who do they go at>?

can he be our Dieon Sanders? defense is on the uptick add him and just maybe this can be special.hmm interesting IDC either way but that would be nice scenario

cap is a joke people

Of course a team serious about winning a championship would move heaven and earth to get it done.

If Tampa can get the deal done how can Dallas not?

I’m not going to get my hopes up. I’m buying into the youth movement but man if we get Gilmore we can just send the house at the QB with Diggs and Gilmore as our corners.

REALIST:

Why would he sign a 1 year rental contract if he could have just stayed in New England to finish it out? Dude seems to want money. And if he goes anywhere for 1 year, his buddy is in Tampa.
Why would we pick him up after we just got rid of Jaylon for similar reasons? If we sign a multiyear contract, we're out of $$ next year for a guy in his 30's.

HOMER:
If he plays like 2019 DPOY form, hell yes I'd love to have him!

He’s still a veteran name cornerback. And as you said ‘on the street all year’. Blows a huge hole in his ‘starving for corners’ comments.
If he meant quality CB's, he probably should have worded the post better
