And I don’t even know what to think about a Rams team that got beat up by the Cardinals and looked poor against the Seahawks who lost Russ in the game.

Bro, the Cardinals are 4-0. And the Rams beat the team that beat us. I don't know how you don't rank them No.1.

Carolina, Bengals and Raiders stink. And I don’t even know what to think about a Rams team that got beat up by the Cardinals and looked poor against the Seahawks who lost Russ in the game.

Ravens offense still looks poor.

Chargers look look like the real deal.

Buccs are beatable but they look to possibly have SB fatigue.

Packers….they are just there. Hard to get excited about them who just seem to exist.

Broncos look good but they look like a team that could tail off.

Browns have Baker as QB…yuck.

Bills are ok but they need Allen to return back to form. Maybe he gets there?

Cowboys have beaten two of those teams so they are the best the end lol.
carolina does NOT stink most evaluators say its untrue..3-0 maybe overrated but they are continuing to add players to get better and Cmacs coming back..they are good team we beat so stop, they maybe not that 3-0 illusion that we faced but they are solid team that will be in the mix for the playoffs..book it

once again people,

its far too early to be debating this..there some holes in all the top teams right now things will change a lot by the BYE..we can start having some real discussions around that time and i mean start, nothings set even at that point....4-5 games is nowhere NEAR enough dats to start rankings and ratings..Its why most say December is the month to separate the contenders from the pretenders..down the stretch..

thats when you know and can start having debates on all stats, rankings, and possibility of division winners and playoff positioning.

is there ever a middle ground here? its either everything sucks or way over rating everything?

calm down jeez!:facepalm::omg:

This week, two 3-1 matchups
  • Chargers vs Browns
  • Bengals vs Packers

Some useless trivia:
  • the most 4-1's we can have next week will be 11 . (if max 10 of the 12 win , plus 4-0 Cards lose)
  • the least 4-1's will be 3. (Rams, plus winners of the two games above)

I still think the Cowboys can beat the Buccs. We got their number if we meet in the playoffs.
Possibly!

That's a very long way away and either team could get better (or worse) between now and then.
But we were missing an All-Pro lineman when we faced them.

The analytics I calculate say the Cowboys are third in the league behind the Bills and the Cardinals.

Since this is the year of the obscure stats (albeit usually related to our high-flying QB), I wonder if there have ever been 12 teams at 3-1 before.
I have no idea, but it seems like a very high number.
It is. It's never happened before in the 32-team era. Amazingly, it did happen in 2001, the last year with 31 teams.

Since 2002, the average number of teams that start 3-1 is 8.

One thing that maybe makes the number more noticeable is that in past years, the bye weeks have kicked in at week 4, so there could have been teams that didn't reach 3-1 until week 5.

It's not, "a lot can happen in 13 games", it's "A lot WILL happen in 13 games".

You can count on it. It is nice to predict but 3 is pretty high on the list. Top 10 yes, #3 ehhhh, not sure. Let's hope everyone stays healthy and we might get a shot.

I do believe we are playoff bound, then it's a whole new ballgame.

Thanks!

It seemed like it might be a record, or close to it.

People are wrongfully sleeping on Cincinnati. They have the best young (on rookie contract) QB in the NFL and they have a good defense. Don't be surprised if they win at home vs. Green Bay this weekend.
