Tons of minor injuries are never reported since they are, well, minor.

I remember in 1994 the Cowboys were fined for not putting Troy Aikman's bruised hand on the injury report. After that they got sarcastic, and for about a year they had like 15-20 "injured" players listed every single week. Good times.
