This X 1000!

I get it that people want to think it is the injury. It is NOT. He cannot play. PERIOD! I am sure he got away with a lot of things in college because he was just a superior athlete. That is why this is on the scouts and coaches. It is their JOB to determine if a guys game will translate to the next level.

Even with his injury...I betcha Jaylon could run a 40 faster than Dat Nguyen, Ken Norton Jr, Bradie James, Randal Godfreey or Sean Lee....but because he does not have the instincts of those LBers...he has ZERO impact. In fact, Bradie James was not athletic at all...and I am not saying Bradie James was Ray Lewis...but Bradie James was impactful because he could play. And of course Dat, Sean, Ken and Randall could play. Those guys were all better than Bradie. But Bradie made the most of his limited athleticism...because he could play.

Wrong. I will show you....

at 0:32, they show this play in slow mo. Jaylon does get the tip...but watch his feet when he lands. He practically falls over trying to not land on that left leg.

You could say the o-line guy was on him....but we're talking a professional athlete here...won;t land. So when you see him skip hopping around...he's protecting the leg. Or...it just won't work right.

So yes....it does effect his mental state....we can;t rely on his instincts. But the root cause is the damaged left leg.

This is the play you reference to prove your point?

GB GM: I saw on the waiver wire the Cowboys released Jaylon Smith what do guys think?

GB scout: I haven't really paid attention to him, but I did come across this really good YouTube highlight video on him.

GB GM: Damn he's awesome! Can't believe the Cowboy's released a talent this good... Let's sign him immediately!

Whatever scout signed off on Jaylon should be fired. I know he has coaching ties there but i'd hope at least 1 intern took 5 minutes to watch him play. Who is this guy beating out to get on the field?

From what I gather from their message board/blogs, they are desperate for linebackers due to injuries and certain guys underperforming.
Good riddance, and Wolf boy better mind his P's and Q's or he's next.
We might be able to hide LVE for this year but we absolutely need to aquire a true starting caliber MLB this off-season. Thx wolf hunter, see ya!!!

He couldn't even record a pile on 1/2 tackle. The video say's it all about Smith, what a sad joke of a player. Smith has no business being an active player on anybody's squad.
Nothing but the truth, but you gotta love the fact that he's a packer......for now.

So a "hobbled" player refers to himself as elite, campaigns to be in the Pro Bowl by telling us to look at the tape. I guess the tape of him "hobbling" is not the tape he is referencing?
Maybe he meant look at the tape of him signing that contract extension.:huh::huh::huh::huh:
