Is anyone else tired of Parsons being a normal player?

What they don’t get is that he played one game at DE against a backup OT. If the game calls for it, he can blitz from anywhere, but I can tell you I want him at LB if we come up against the Ravens, the Titans, or any power run team. Can you imagine only LVE and Neal trying to control those run games or tackle Henry or spy on Jackson?

Lane Johnson says hi.

Parsons gave him all he could handle.

Micha Parsons comes in as 6'3 248.... TJ Watt is like 6'4 252....not far off....Parson has time to grow into the position....I think Parson is best used like a TJ Watt not a LB like Levonte Smith who is 6'1 230.

If I was Parsons I would want to rush the passer...that were the money is....
You can still rush the passer from the LBer position. It's not like he's going to drop in coverage every down because he's a LBer.

Dallas thought they were drafting a Levontae David type and ended up with a pass rushing talent that looks like Lawrence Taylor or Von Miller.

Let’s see what they do though. I’m not saying scrap the linebacker thing but I am saying scrap that as his primary objective on defense.

Neither. Quinn is kicking guys inside and outside. D Law can do that all day.

He’s played Gregory inside at tackle and had Osa out wide at end. Same with Chauncey.

Lawrence should be great in this scheme and not PFF great but actually great and impactful on the field.

Just wait until DLaw gets back and we'll see what they do with him then. I'm expecting good things to happen.

Speaking to 105.3 The Fan Dallas on Tuesday, Cowboys chief operating officer Stephen Jones indicated the veteran defensive end wasn't particularly close to coming off injured reserve. The original timeline for Lawrence's return following his foot surgery after Week 1 was 6-to-8 weeks, but he looks on track to miss time beyond that. Estimating weeks 10-11 and then another 3 weeks to get in football shape.

That would be bad but as long as he’s back in early to mid December then we should be fine there.

Dallas is a playoff team and that’s when we need him.

Has anyone else gotten tired of Dallas wasting his talents at linebacker yet and ready to watch him chase QBs again?

Could he be a great linebacker someday? Sure.. But he has a lot of growing to do.

He’s just not making a impact on games anymore and Dallas is helping out opposing offenses playing him this way.

You had legit 1 of the best edge rushers in football and now you have turned him into a mediocre linebacker that we have to hope develops into something sometime down the road.

I just don’t get it and hopefully they come to their senses soon and put him in position to be elite on the field again.

Watching Micah Parsons after the game you can tell he is frustrated with his lack of impact plays and it’s not his fault that the coaches are not putting him in a position for success.

It does appear he is more valuable at pass rushing.

So you're going to make your 2 best pass rushers and make them DT's? You can't be serious.

Especially versus a heavy passing team like NE or TB.

It's called an adjustment.
NE has run much more than it has passed this year and it’s not even close. They are definitely a running team.

I like Parsons as the 5th rusher or 5th lineman. Find the weakest link in the opposing OL and attack it.
