Bill Parcells is the best coach who came after JJ. He took a team quarterbacked by Quincy Carter to the playoffs. :omg:

Don't think he is stupid or dumb, just not a good HC, Jerry made billions doesn't make him a good GM so your point ???

He’s made more bad calls in less than 2 seasons than Jason Garrett made his entire tenure with the Cowboys. He’s made so many bad calls it’s become a hot topic not only amongst fans but the national media. We’re winning right now but McCarthy needs to clean it up or he’s going to cost us a game. I’m all for being aggressive and taking a few chances but some of his decisions have been borderline idiotic.

I suppose last year wasnt a fair start but Nolan was on him.
I dont know if his repeated poor clock management is reason to get fired.
First impressions are important and Im trying to give him a chance.
Im holding my nose and giving a thumbs up

Parcells won 10 games with a Quincy at QB and Hambrick at RB.

I like MM, and I think he’s doing a fine job, but Parcells is the best coach since JJ. If MM has playoff success, then he will be the best since JJ.

MM is a good coach. His team comes prepared and ready to play. His only flaw imo is he makes questionable decisions (huge 4th down calls) and is time management leaves little to be desired.

Don't speak for me, I've said from the beginning that I love Big Mike just as much as I've loved Prescott.. I defended his performance last year a thousand times on this forum.. He is a great coach anyone with any sense knows this.... Also anyone with any sense should of always known Prescott was great as well... Brains in short supply in these parts..

McCarthy is a good football coach. He has the Cowboys playing at a high level. In years past we lose that game against the Pats. He has the players focused and confident. If you can’t see that you are just a hater.

The game had past Parcells by but he found us a lot of good talent the years he was here. Romo Witten and Demarcus Ware. Another coach might have cut Romo after the bad preseason he was having in 05 but Parcells stayed with him.
