Is anyone else tired of Parsons being a normal player?

This kid would get chewe up and spit out by the end of the season as full time pass rusher, he has the speed and quickness not the size.

So you're going to make your 2 best pass rushers and make them DT's? You can't be serious.

Im saying they can continue to do what they are currently doing and use guys in a dynamic way.

Lawrence has always had the ability to rush from inside but I’m not saying making him a full time D tackle. I’m saying to do you already do. This isn’t an issue.

Hes 6’3 250 and won’t be asked to play the run on early downs much just like he wasn’t asked to do the couple weeks he started at end.

Some media reports DLAW may not be back this year...if so very late in the year.....So Who are you gonna release or let hit FA......good bye DLAW.....Hello Micah Parsons

Something is fishy with his injury.

Same with Gallup's.

I'd trade injured DLaw, Connor Williams and a pick to Colts for injured QNelson.

Play McGovern at LG until Nelson healthy.

He's getting paid as a DE not a DT. How do you think he's going to feel about moving to DT even for a handful of plays. Gregory is having an outstanding season strictly from the DE position how do you think he's going to feel about moving to DT for just a handful of plays? You obviously didn't think this out.

They are moving guys all over the place.

Nobody on the line is strictly anything when it’s go get the QB time.

Quinn is making life difficult pre-snap for protection assignments and the QB.

They are ROTATING players in and out at the same position.

Has anyone else gotten tired of Dallas wasting his talents at linebacker yet and ready to watch him chase QBs again?

Could he be a great linebacker someday? Sure.. But he has a lot of growing to do.

He’s just not making a impact on games anymore and Dallas is helping out opposing offenses playing him this way.

You had legit 1 of the best edge rushers in football and now you have turned him into a mediocre linebacker that we have to hope develops into something sometime down the road.

I just don’t get it and hopefully they come to their senses soon and put him in position to be elite on the field again.

Watching Micah Parsons after the game you can tell he is frustrated with his lack of impact plays and it’s not his fault that the coaches are not putting him in a position for success.
Nope….he does rush the passer.

You were the guy that said parsons doesn’t affect the passing game.

Stop trying to recall things others have said. You’re like Tim Taylor trying to repeat back what Wilson told him to Jill.

It’s not that I don’t care.

He just isn’t having the same impact.

Less is more with Parsons rushing the edge.

He’s just a normal guy on the field these days and he knows it.

You hated parsons as a prospect. You didn’t even want to draft him.

Are you denying it?

You didn’t know jack about parsons before and you obviously still don’t know.

We hated your laughable idea 3 weeks ago and we still don’t like it.

Let me translate..."Jaylon Smith allowed me to be in position to make plays. All I had to worry about was making plays. Now, I am like Roy Williams after Darren Woodson retired. I have to stop making plays and start thinking about am I in the right position to make plays." "I want to go back to see ball, get ball, take ball."

Best position=3-4 OLB (imo)

He's that impressive I would like the whole scheme to be built around his talents.

I don't believe we are getting the best out of him at LB

I said he was good going sideways and coming down hill.

He wasn’t natural doing anything that involves him going backwards or in coverage but that he obviously had the athleticism to get better at those things.

I feel like I nailed that based on what I’ve seen.

What I didn’t account for, and neither did the NFL or we wouldn’t have got him, is his impact as a pure pass rusher.

I said that Parsons has to impact the pass game to validate that pick or it’s a waste.

I had Jaelan Phillips as the top defensive prospect in the draft because of his position value and potential as a pass rusher.

Parsons is a LB, will be a LB, and needs the reps at LB at some point. Do we wait until year 5 to do that?

I'll just file this under "If the coaches don't move Martin to RT then they just don't get it" type of take.
:muttley:
Manster floundered at LB before Landry moved him to DT...

People keep saying Parsons is too small to hold up at as a pass rusher…he’s the same weight as Von Miller, Shaq Barett etc. I don’t get it.
