Skip is never indifferent.

It's either the world is falling or the Cowboys are winning the Super Bowl. There is never an in between with him. He's annoying.

Kazee isn't that good anyways. He should have had 2 INTS Sunday, but gave up TDs both times.

Kazee is ok. Id rather have Hooker out there on those plays though. Hes a ball hawk.

1. We don’t know if Kazee is going to miss games or not

2. If he does miss games it’ll be like 3.

3. We have other safeties who are on a similar level to Kazee.

I like Kazee. He is a solid starter. But he’s not so good that losing him for 3 games is going to be a huge deal.

add in those 3 games very unlikely this season could take months to clear up..

yes but what IF it was only 3 beers and his BAC is well under .08 what then apologies by all how about not have to apologize and wait for facts before convicting this guy in the court of public opinion..

here's a fact

if a LEO smells beer which can be one beer and you admit to "a few beers", hes taking you to jail with a FST the tests is for probable cause to support what he saw and smelled and almost always they say its failed test..what if he only had 3 beers?

..mine , they stated my pupils didnt react the right way to the flashlight test, i could have walked 300 straight lines and did some backflips, It wouldn't matter. I was going to jail...turns out they were more then wrong Zero BAC )))) in a blood test shows egg on their faces and YOURS for making it up to support an arrest. an arrest is not an admission of guilt and he wont even need lawyer if the BAC shows under .08



anyone get that yet ,where's the BAC test results, this mans be convicted over an arrest and that not how it works..??!!

this is in fact on an arrest report states

arrested for SUSPICION of a DUI..not a DUI.. its not a DUI until the bac is .08 and above. Got that yet? anyone have common sense anymore?

Regardless of whether the DUI sticks or not, he admitted to drinking and driving so in the court of public opinion and probably with MM and JJ, he is an idiot in the very least.

It is unclear what happened. I am pretty sure he was arrested for DV and Burglary. The DV should have been enough to trigger an automatic suspension. I think law enforcement was looking at a hit and run/DUI component as well but maybe his lawyer got things buried or delayed.

He admitted to drinking after showing signs. This isn't hard. He wouldn't have spent the night in jail if he was under the limit.

He might have refused a breathalyzer. I'm not sure about Texas law on these matters. Some states distinguish between DUI and DWI. Others will call it guilty if you refuse to blow. Some need to get a warrant to take blood. I'm sure Kazee can afford a decent lawyer. In the end, Kazee needs to be smart and get a ride.
