It's simple. Your homerism is so out of control that you cannot force yourself to say that either A.) Dak and Co just can't do it without McCarthy, or B.) McCarthy is not that great and you believe that Dak and Co, like Rodgers and Co, would be just fine without McCarthy.
You're wanting to play both sides when everyone that is able to think logically and unbiasedly about it knows that McCarthy is BY FAR the weak link on this team. I've provided proof that he's always been an incompetent fool when it comes to important aspects of coaching (time management).

you can add John Harbaugh and Sean Payton based on could article out there. It happens with all coaches from time to time, not an every game issue. What OP doesn't mention is the negative impact it's had on his W/L record. I'm guessing it's min.......which tells me OP is blowing the issues way out of proportion.
