Wow -- gotta say I absolutely love the reports we're seeing about the state of this team and their players. Best news possible! Amen.

Folks, hereabouts, who don't see fit to approve of this coaching staff, more than likely, would do well to have their pointed heads examined.

Apparently, McCarthy's best ability is just staying out of the way and letting the coaches that actually know what they're doing coach.

Amid the criticism, the guy deserves credit for assembling a heck of a staff, despite the bump in the road with Nolan/Tomsula last year. He realized it wasn’t working and quickly fixed it.

I really think people sleep on Amari, both in terms of his skill level and what an impact he has on the locker room. At the very least I hope Dallas restructures his contract to keep him around for at least 3 more years. He's worth every penny, even in this tight salary cap era, IMO. I'll accept him having to leave once Diggs and Parsons need to be paid but I think we can easily keep Amari, Randy, and several other cornerstone players.

So that’s what you got from this. The same could be said of Jimmy Johnson, you know. He coached no position, and unlike Mike, didn’t even focus on one side of the ball in the NFL. He hired and fired coaches until he had the right ones, and he managed the culture.

You really do not know Jimmy at all.

Or you were just too young to actually watch and experience those 90's Cowboys or Jimmy's Canes.

That defense all Jimmy and was super innovative in terms of the speed and physicality they played with.

NFL had not seen that kind of speed and gang tackling. He made the 4-3 Over vogue again.

Jimmy recruited LBs to play DE, DE's to play DT and safeties to play LB.

And with Woodson, he took an undersized LB in Woodon and made him an All Pro Safety that could also cover WRs in the slot.
