There's plenty residential down by the mall and the community college

Basically the land the mall and and the waterfront sit on is commercial. There are houses nearby but that is not considered columbia for crime stats.

Columbia is fine too, Oakland Mills and the Westlake areas aren't great, but their not bad either, I just moved from Columbia, down the street from Merriweather Post Pavillion had no problems. Which Hs you graduate from Long Reach ? Howard? Oakland Mills and Westlake are the not so good schools
I graduated from Hammond, Oakland mills was pretty bad, along with Wilde Lake. Once they Built Long Reach a lot of the worst ones from Howard and Oakland Mills bascially area between 108 and 175 is the problem areas. I know the area over in Owen Brown was pretty bad.

Not believing until I see some pictures :)

Been about 30 years since I’ve been in a club. Good times. Especially that Canadian club right across the border from NY. Maybe called The Body Shop. Can’t remember. The Molson beer tasted good too.
Larry Flint's company bought this club I trying to remember the name it used to have, but is probably in the worst part of town, it is right next to the city lock-up. I am wrong it wasnt Larry Flint it is Called the Penthouse now. But it used to be Scores Baltimore.

He already got paid for being on the Cowboys roster day 1. He doesn’t want to move to Baltimore for no extra money. He can train a whole year avoid injury and sign for another squad next year. He’d go somewhere if they gave him a contract.

Never been to Inner Harbor huh? Dolt

Don't venture too far from the Inner Harbor. And by too far I mean don't stray a few blocks away from the Inner Harbor.
$6 in tolls to get to the Inner Harbor for me. $15-20 to park. Traffic and a couple gallons of gas and a big no thanks.

I always enjoyed Fells Point better than Inner Harbor but even that area is getting bad. Crime is moving in. Fights on the streets. Little parking. Traffic and have to go through some not so good neighborhoods to get there.

As Jimmy Stewart once said in It's a Wonderful Life, This is a very interesting situation.

Knight has zero leverage. Once the claim went in for him the checks signed by Jerrah stopped . He’s now Baltimore’s issue. Look Brandon Knight has zero effect on what happens to Dallas going forward. Good luck good bye , see ya.

I grew up in the Maryland and DC area and know all about Baltimore. Not the best place for anyone to want to be. In fact i would hate to live anywhere up north, which i why i moved to florida and havent looked back since.

Too much hustle and bustle, too much politics, dirty, too cold, more crime, too much doom and gloom up north.

Going from texas to that, especially baltimore.....no, just no.

Since he's not a starter nor was he claimed to be one, I suspect he is attempting to force the Ravens to release their claim on him.

The best way for a non-starter player who has been claimed to do that is to refuse to show, wait until the team signs another player, then inform the team you are coming.

If the team releases the newly signed player instead of you, then you back out again and refuse to show.

Most teams are not going to go through with a headache process for a backup player in most cases so they will likely give up, release him and move on.
That sounds spot on and practical. That also has a flavor of collusion with the Cowboys. I don’t know how much the Cowboys value Knight, but I could see the Commissioner, who seems to hate the Cowboys, making us forfeit draft picks over this situation if there is any evidence of collusion.

Hate to tell you but Baltimore is a very unsafe city, amongst the worst in the US, and i was back in Baltimore last year.

Not only do i know how dangerous it is from personal experience - had two classmates murdered my senior year, multiple fraternity members mugged, multiple break ins, i have seen muggings in broad daylight, watched a cabby bludgeoned in front of my house at gun point, and the list goes on and on.

I have lived in major cities - Atlanta, Dallas, Pittsburgh and Charlotte all in addition to Baltimore and the danger and crime in that city are amongst the absolute worst in the country, especially when compared to "major" cities

Baltimore is routinely ranked in the top 5 most dangerous cities in the US, amongst the likes of Detroit and St. Louis

The murder rate is ridiculous - in 2021 running 2nd only to St. at 51 murders per every 100K people...

I know plenty of cops on the force and have heard enough stories to know as well as what i have seen with my own two eyes.

Sure there are bad areas everywhere, but Baltimore has many more of them than most cities - and i lived there for a decade by Hopkins, in Canton, Fells Point and in Highland town

Dude this happen everywhere it happens in Dallas, I'm still in Maryland been here all my life, spend plenty time all over the city, I'm 49, I travel there everyday, it's not much different than other cities that have good areas and bad areas.
