I did not say that Kellen leaving would not be a loss, but rather the opposite. I said they have the talent to win with another good coordinator but it will not likely be as good as Kellen's play calling is compensating for player and coaching mistakes.I prefer the wait one more year.
Something which might factor into that decision for Moore is the free agents at the end of this year. Who will be retained, and who walks. The roster, as it stands, is really good. But there are some decisions which will be made that could affect the outcome next year. Moore will need to consider that. He doesn't seem to be in a position to warrant his approval on who stays and who goes. Not certain what weight to apply to this situation.
But I disagree on his value. The duo of Moore and Prescott, as they target the weak spots of the other team seems near flawless. I think Kellen leaving would have a pronounced affect on the offense. I see nothing in the wings which suggest they have the replacement.
I mean two turnovers in the red zone and a missed field goal and they still managed to score 28 (7 belonged to Diggs/defense) offensive points. I cannot imagine many other OCs could manage that.
