Taunting is an "in game" penalty. That game was over the moment he crossed the goal line.

Edit: I'm wrong. Jerry Rice was penalized before the 49'ers -Cowboy's 2nd NFC Championship game of the '90's. The one where Jimmy Johnson guaranteed victory.

And I still believe had Elliott not pulled that childish stunt at the St. Patty's Day parade, he would have escaped the suspension. That video goes viral and the jury of the public is in, Zeke Elliott disrespects women.

Now, those that were pissed off about that never really had an acceptable to response to "if you are under investigation by the NFL for disrespecting and hitting a woman, do you go out in public and do that"? One of the four panelists said that affected his decision.

They had no good answer because it doesn't uphold the victim narrative that they can use to convince themselves using confirmation bias (did I do that right, @Runwildboys, lol) that "Oh, it's so hard being a Dallas Cowboys fan, fighting the good fight while others just love to attack us for no reason at all. But that makes our perseverance and overcoming all the more glorious when we win." Lol.

Players get fined for games where they're not even flagged all the time.

Looks like I was wrong again: Rice wasn't penalized.

Ok enjoy thinking that sexual misconduct is good for the shield lol
An allegation isn't proof, it's amazing you can't grasp that....so if a woman makes an allegation against Dak stating he sexually assaulted her at a party at his house last week, I guess you think he should be suspended immediately, right?

Acts prior to being in the NFL

what was elliots? Like I said I can’t remember details. I know it happened back in Ohio. Was it after he was in the nfl.

NM I googled. Looks to be after the draft that he was accused of this. Appreciate the response.

Yes while Zeke was with the Cowboys but there were incidents when he was at Ohio State involving a woman and there were incidents while in the NFL, including an incident after he was suspended by getting in the face of a security guard and pushing him and the retaining fence over because he was drunk and arguing with another woman plus an incident at a parade or something where he lifted a woman's top.....

Link to your first lie in that thread, yes. Get it right. Even Runny called you a liar (softly, lol) by validating the video I showed. Guess he's a Packers fan too. Lol. We all see you.
Runny is being nice to you. Plus, he supports CeeDee getting fined for what he believes was taunting by CeeDee. Most of us disagree. You're in the minority, Packers fan.

thanks I edited my reply after I did a google. I knew the parade and security guard were while he was on the cowboys. Just couldn’t remember if the girl thing in Ohio was.

I think he should be on the exempt list until the investigation is complete yes. If it turns out to be false the league reinstates his pay. It’s not rocket science. If they cared about the shield Watson would be on the exempt list. They didn’t wait long to suspend Antonio brown. Why is that?

Thank you for clarifying your stance, Runny.

Looks like Packers fan is on his own.
From everything I've seen, Marcus is a Cowboys fan. He just doesn't get emotional about it, and tries to see everything impartially. He's not always right, and he's very critical of people who see the Cowboys through rose colored glasses, but at the end of the day, I think he's just trying to unearth the facts.
