Apparently the equipment manager needs to schedule some time with him to review how to wear a uniform without getting fined. I thought he was just thumbing his nose at the rule, but he's admitting he still hasn't figured out what he needs to be corrected. Good Lord.

Yes he was choked. He was pulling back like a rear naked choke and looking around to see who was looking. Apparently not the refs. But he needs to tuck in the shirt. We had someone else that used to play with his shirt untucked. But refs need to look at others. He must have done or said something to the refs or about them.

Like I said the moment it happened it was a filthy, malicious move and it should've been flagged and fined.

The league offices are trash, and the fact some of yall continue to defend their integrity is mind numbing.

Romo's jersey stayed untucked. He was constantly pulling it down. I wonder it was a rule back then.
