I personally feel that if the defending champs are right in the mix, they should always be the favorite. Everyone else can talk the talk, but Buccs are only ones who have walked the walk.

Agreed. It's Tampa until proven otherwise or if someone separates. All the top teams are neck and neck.

I don’t think adding Beckham helps them any more…he will be a distant second or third best WR on the team plus he’s a team cancer…if anything, he could unravel them.

i will never trust Matt Stafford over other QBs. His winning percentage against teams over .500 is beyond putrid.
He definitely has a propensity to go more careless (and/or stupid) as the pressure increases.

We shall see if he behaves.
I won't waste my time paying attention to that dumpster fire. He is who he is. We've seen players like this before. They go from team to team obliterating each locker room because they only care about themself. The Rams are so dumb for doing this but they did it to themself.

With yesterday's signing of ODB and acquiring Von Miller the prior week, are the Rams the favorites to the NFC crowded class?

-They basically traded D. Jackson for ODB. Is there offense more explosive then the rest of the field? Probably not, but now are in the conversation. Still believe the Bucs have the best offense out of the 5, but it's real close. Each of the 5 teams are loaded on the offensive side of the football.

-Their Defense is star driven with Donald, Von Miller and Ramsey. Are they the best defense in the conference when all teams are healthy? Again, think the Bucs have the edge, especially if their secondary is healthy, but Rams are right up there. Now, the key word is healthy.

Taking off the Cowboy homer glasses, in my opinion, the Bucs maintain the favorites, but the Rams might be the next team right behind. Doesn't mean either team is unbeatable on a given day, but on paper they are the cream of the crop in the conference.
Current NFC playoff standings:
1st - Cards @ 8-1
2nd - Pack @ 7-2
3rd - Bucs @ 6-2
4th - Boys @ 6-2
5th - Rams @ 7-2
Of those top five teams -- the Bucs are the only one with two conference losses.
Still half of the season to be played- 8 or 9 games left for all five.

1. Green Bay is Top notch. Just because they have Aaron Rodgers,
2. may be the Rams right now
3. imo is Arizona. Maybe second.
4. TB

All the rest doesnt matter.

We are an OK team. But we lack good QB play.

I think they will not. But I give them credit for trying unlike Jerry who just stayed pat. Not saying do as much as the Rams did but we obviously needed to do something. DE-DT-linebacker or maybe even a move at a better corner. But to answer the question I think it's far to early to say whose the best. But if I had to I'd say Tampa-Rams- Greenbay. Top3. Then the rest will have to settle the scores in the following weeks.

If the Rams don’t “win” the Super Bowl all those draft picks they’ve traded away will blow up in their face. Getting to the Super Bowl isn’t going to be good enough they have to win it to make all the moves they’ve made pay off. OBJ didn’t cost them a draft pick but they’re going to be without some top picks for several years. Hard to stay good for very long when you don’t have premium draft picks.

I would rather Jerry stay pat than do what the Rams have done. For a 5th straight year the Rams will be without a first round draft pick. Barring another blockbuster trade they won’t have a first round pick until 2024. Imagine how boring draft day must be for them and their fans. They’ve gone all in for this year and maybe next year with several aging players, two of which have had injury issues Von Miller and OBJ. They have some very high priced veteran players on their roster. Good luck keeping their team together with several high priced veterans and no first round picks until 2024. They’ve taken a huge gamble to try and get a ring. They gave away two number one picks for a QB that’s never won a playoff game. Matt Stafford has only three playoff games on his resume. Romo won two playoff games and one of them was against Stafford. The Rams and their fans may be having fun right now but I don’t see the party lasting very long.

I think the Rams are the most complete team. Arizona is perhaps the scariest when they are playing at their ceiling. The Bucs are stout and savvy across the board. And the Packers are always a factor with Rodgers in the mix.

Dallas? If healthy, our offense can be tops in the league. The defense will remain a question mark until we get D Law, Gregory, Gallimore, and Parsons all on the field together. But taken as a whole— I would put Dallas at no higher than 3rd best team in the NFC. We will see where things sit as we head into Dec— and the good news is that Dallas has not peaked yet

This. I feel OBJ is going to do more to hurt that team then help them. His physical skills have diminished but his team destroying skills are doing great.

I had to laugh a few days ago when some of the talking heads on the NFL Network, James Jones and Willie McGinest were blaming everyone but OBJ for his issues. They were blaming the Giants for why things didn’t work out in New York and they were putting the blame on Baker Mayfield and the Browns head coach for why things didn’t work out for OBJ in Cleveland. MJ Acosta the host took exception saying OBJ had a hand in it. Willie McGinest then said yeah, OBJ is to blame some. Lol They weren’t blaming him at all!

I think if the Cowboys play the Rams, the Buccaneers, or the Packers or heck even the Cardinals in the first game, they lose. I do feel this is a one and done team. They likely win the division and lose the playoff game.

The last week and a half, proved more than ever that anything can happen in the NFL and there are no guarantee outcomes, especially when it comes to the playoffs.

I don't care who favors whom. I care about who's next on the Cowboys schedule. The Rams turn will probably come in the playoffs...or not.

Teams can be favorites to win all day/season long and still lose. We see that all of the time.
