-Chiefs offense hasn't been the same this season, however they just came off their best offensive performance since the first month of the season. Now they are getting back Clyde-Edwards back and feel they are ready to go on a run. Probably the toughest test this defense has faced since Tampa opening night. Good challenge as we are going to have to face elite offenses down the road in the postseason. Noticed when you take away their big plays abilities, they get frustrated and take chances. Travis Kelce is Mahomes security blanket when he needs to make a play.

-Their defense was god awful for the majority of the year, but the last few weeks they started to get healthy and has be noticeably better. Their DC who was with the Giants during their Super Bowl runs, comes from the Jim Johnson Coaching Tree, point is, they are going to blitz a lot, do they have the secondary to hold up against our receivers?

-Arrowhead is one of the hardest places to travel. Excellent opportunity to prepare this team for future road postseason games in hostile environments. Win here, against a quality opponent, they will have the confidence to travel anywhere, even Green Bay if needed down the line.

I’ve seen a few people suggest that the kc defense is improving..I’m not buying it..yes, technically based on pure numbers it’s definitely better..but dig deeper and see who they have faced and it’s not impressive..the challenge for the chiefs defense this week is just as big as the challenge for the cowboys defense…this should be a fantastic game

This appears to be the first game were Dallas is not at least even or have the quarterback advantage. I think Dak will out play Mahomes and prove to the haters he is an elite quarterback. Finally a Sunday afternoon game that should meet the hype. This game is a true duel. Guns will be a blazing.

This may sound simple, too simple in fact, but if we lock down Kelce and Hill at all cost........we can win this game. In other words, minimize the cheap/chunk plays. Make them earn everything they get.

Cover-2 stuff. But also having someone that can hang with Kelce, a tough ask of anyone. Maybe done combo of Diggs, Kearse, and Hooker can get the job done? After a bit if a rough start, I thought the defense contained Kyle Pitts fairly well and he’s a tough athletic matchup as well.

In my opinion, the winner will be the team that controls the clock, keeps the other offense on the sidelines and out of rhythm.

This needs to be a Zeke/Pollard game.

We need to run, run, and run some more to keep the ball out of KC's hands and control the time of possession.

I believe we can win a shot out, but I'd prefer it don't come to that unless absolutely necessary.

That has been the recurring game plan of many teams. Only recently were they able to keep it in front of them and limit the big plays that KC thrives on.

This is going to be a great match up and a good measure for this team to see just where they are.

And that brings up a question about this game. Are the Cowboys better off in the long run getting beat in this game?

I somewhat disagree, try to take away Kelce and force them to stay patient by throwing underneath. Must tackle well to prevent the big play. I see more of a two deep safety strategy.

Chiefs are very similar to Dallas. Defensively they aren't overwhelming but are opportunistic. Offensively they don't run as often and if you can eliminate the big plays Mahomes will eventually get impatient and try to make something happen. He's good enough to do so, but this year he's also been getting burned when he tries to do too much. Dak is more disciplined at taking what the D gives him. Do whatever you can to take Hill and Kelce out and take your chances with the rest of their weapons - which are mediocre. I have a feeling we're going to see what Josh Gordon has left in the tank this game. I see a clear path to victory but Dallas has to tackle well and keep Hill from going off - those are requisite to beating the Chiefs.

Overconfident *** Chiefs fans talking about they have their swag back!!lol.. Well let's just see how much swag they really have against a team that can punch back with just as much swag and more to prove. We will win this game if we play our style of football and there won't be a damn thing they can do about it.

I agree. Dak has taken that next step and become a quarterback that can make teams pay for blitzing him.

Additionally, KC has one of the worst run defenses in the leauge. I think we match up really well against their defense. Just need our defense to get some stops.

KC also has the 3rd worst turnover differential. I'll be looking for Digss to get his 9th int.

Kelce's to Mahomes is what Witten was to Romo......lock him down and a good percentage of their offense disappears.

I'm looking at an Atlanta Falcons type defense that can hide their flaws just a little bit more!. We will expose them for what they really are, the KC Chiefs from weeks before.
