yeah we couldn’t have turned in a performance like yesterday against any team WITH all our starters healthy last year. We were without our entire starting DL and turned in one of the most dominant defensive performances I’ve ever seen. Kudos to the coaches and the new players we added since last year. Kearse, Diggs, RG, and Parsons have been revelations this season and the entire d plays with a hunger and edge I haven’t seen in decades.

If we’re still 15th or better after the KC game we’re doing good. The Chiefs can put up some yards.

Dude, it wasn't like we hung 40 on Arizona, it was bottom feeding Atlanta. A win is a win, but don't forget what Denver just did to us. This "D" has a ways to go.......

Missing some key pieces. Have to see what the guys returning from IR can do to help or hurt.

I agree. We were saying that being middle of the pack defensively should be good enough and that’s proven to be true.

Having said that, I’m both optimistic and greedy and think that the defense can not only continue to improve with the players we have, but be even better when we add back the players we don’t have.

It really was. We had malcontents and guys that just didn’t care. Couple that with an awful read and react scheme and it was a recipe for disaster.

Man...I rewatch every Cowboys game (have for years). Last year it felt like punishment having to watch some of those defensive performances one time let alone multiple. This year has been an absolute JOY
