CeeDee must have only been knocked half cuckoo, instead of completely so . . . :omg: One more step to take and he's good to go!
John Mara sees this and raises you one extra impossible step to have him play

Which is why I'm kind of shocked if they'd let him play or that he's even out there practicing...shouldn't play around with the brain.

It is part of the overall 5 step protocol that is in place. light work, non contact work are all part of it. He also has to be checked out by neuro doctor. They are not playing around, if he plays it will be because he has checked out fine.

Remember the Cowboys offense before they traded for Cooper? Think about not having Cooper and Lamb this week. Ugh.

He checked out fine to play on Thursday but they have no idea what type of effects that concussion will have on the rest of his career or his life.

what do you want him to do retire? NFL is not playing around with it, if he plays then it will be because he has passed protocol. They have neuro doctors who will check him out and I really think they know more about this than some avg. message board posters. Are there risk in football yes always has been always will be but they treat concussion very seriously now days, unlike years past where a guy would use ammonia capsules to help clear a guys head and send him right back out there.

I don't want him to "retire". I'm just wondering how the NFL can claim to be serious about players health but allow someone to play 4 days after getting concussed....

And don't be naive. Don' think that the NFL's neuro doctors are there to protect the players from themselves. Ask Junior Seau how those doctors did him? Oh..you can't. I'm not suggesting he doesn't play because I know people want their football and want Lamb out there. I'm not speaking on whether he should play or not. I'm speaking on the NFL's approach to concussions in general.

It was because of how the NFL treated Seau situation as well as other NFL players that led to a massive lawsuit that changed how the NFL deals with it. Comparing what was happening then to now is much different. Also major concussion and minor concussion are also much different.

NFL has strict protocol in place, Lamb will not play unless he clears them.
Yeah. I do not think it was the grade 3 they were saying if he his doing that well. It don’t mean he will play but if healthy we could use him.. As long as he catches the ball..

If he does not pass the protocol I don't want him to play, if he does Lamb has played outstanding . He has had drops but 50 catches on 77 targets ranks around the top in the league. add 6 TD reception and it is big getting him back in the lineup especially with Cooper out.
