Last year, if you were told in the first 10 games in 2021 you were 7-3, leading the NFC east and in contention for the playoffs, would you be happy or mad?

Bad games happen for whatever reason in the NFL.

Dallas did not play a great game against the Chiefs last night, but it was still a competitive game due to the Dallas defense. Lot of you sound like KC when they were in the dumps earlier this year as to who to get rid of.

IF they were to win the super-bowl this year, everything is great. They have an off game on offense with missing some key players, and everything is crap and it's who should be fired or who should be cut.

And yes, I was rooting for Dallas to win last night because I'd like to see them in the playoffs and win everything.
If you told me that (your first statement), I wouldn't be either. Nor am I now. I am concerned with the body of work more so than their overall record. Wins and losses will happen. But I do have concerns about this team. Why didn't we run more? Dak looks off...this could be because his timing isn't as good when you take out Cooper and Lamb. What happened to Boy Wonder? Reports were that KC's defense was a concern for KC. Moore didn't show much with a game plan nor did it seem like they could adjust. How does an offense like the Cowboys not score a TD? So in reality, this team doesn't look any different than our past 13-3 teams that fade during the holidays. It doesn't get me mad, I am used to it and I even expect it.

I like you being positive but this is not the first rodeo we've seen from this team. It's always the same thing then it's to the presser saying we've learned from it:facepalm:

Sincere question, was Dallas a "top team" before the year began in your opinion?

Takes works and time.

I do think that Dallas is on the right path, so I'm enjoying the ride...

I'm enjoying the ride also. Just don't like the crashes....

What hurts more…. A team that’s up and goes down or a team that’s down and goes up. We are in decline because our stars are hurt and we lack depth . We don’t adjust well. Dak needs protection or you can expect him to perform as against the Chiefs. I hope we stay healthy because we’ll keep descending if we don’t.

We have adjusted well throughout the year. It's fairly ridiculous fans are now talking about how we can't sustain injuries, have no depth and no ability to overcome adversity when we've literally done exactly that all season. Three weeks ago everyone was going on about how deep we are.

LOL. LVE is basically a slightly better version of Jaylon Smith. Enjoy your Boise Boy now Floaty, because he's gone after this season.

He is so stupidly bias for anyone Boise it's beyond logic. This is the same guy that swore KM was the next big thing at QB.

What vehicle is that in your avatar?

I noticed that Ford came out with a new Broncos that has some similarities to the pre 76' & earlier models.

76 and new models below:

I think depth has improved over the recent years but you can see how touchy our OL protection of Dak is. The key to the Patriot’ success, IMO, is their ability to adapt to injury. We’ve improved but are not great.

Every QB needs protection, Einstein. Dak was pressured 27 times vs KC. Do you know what that means?

We are only happy if the offense does well

Wins it losses or the defense playing well is irrelevant.

All of you posters with Rowdy avatars I tend to give very little credit to. How hard is it to give yourself an avatar other than the default? Rowdy is the avatar that the trolls use. So posters, do yourself a favor, don't use Rowdy as your avatar.

I thought Dallas would go 9-8 at best this year. So at 7-3 color me shocked. Still, I would like to see them win some games in December and seal the deal with a few weeks to spare.

The stars have been hurt. The issue is their backups/counterparts are getting hurt as well. The offensive and defensive lines have been patchwork all year. The success so far this season is indicative of a team that has really good depth. No team is 3-deep across the board.

So many of us attach our egos to something we have zero control over and it emotionally affects us.
Humans are amazing creatures who do things that make no sense, survivally speaking.

I just made up "survivally".
