It’s time for Pollard to have his role expanded and Zeke to have his role decreased.

Pollard needs a Christian McCaffrey type of role in this offense.

Early downs handing to Zeke is a waste of a play.

Let Pollard stretch defenses out and loosen them up then you bring in Zeke.

Even the guys at halftime are saying Pollard > Zeke.

I’m not anti Zeke either and he still needs to be a big part of this thing but Pollard needs his role dramatically increased and Zeke needs more of a 2007 Marion Barber type of role.

So you have finally come around to the CowboyRoy way?

I agree. There should be some 2 RB packages like how Saints used to run Ingram and Kamara. Ingram was often used as a good blocker and maybe the “we need 1-2 yards” back and Kamara was the speedster. We need to do something similar to that or use Pollard as a wideout and make Zeke essentially an extra O-lineman.

I agree the problem is Zeke’s contract. Fans want us to draft a offensive tackle next draft but we also needs Zeke’s replacement.

I don't have a problem with that, but both averaged less than 4 ypc versus a defense allowing 4.5 ypc.

The offensive line needs to be better. Vegas should not hold Dallas to 3.2 ypc, as they did today.

I’ve always been impressed with Pollard and would love to see his role expanded. Look at the kickoff return tonight as an example. The guy was running like he was late to dinner.

I’ve seen so many people say put this RB at fullback and I always just roll my eyes cause it’s not ever realistic.

I actually think Zeke can be a pretty good fullback and it’s another way to get both on the field.

Even play actions with Zeke at fullback and throwing to him in the flat would be nice.

Screw numbers and averages.

Eye test says it all. You don’t need numbers.

I am a huge Zeke fan. His running style has evolved into a patience, read the holes type of runner instead of exploding into the hole and getting that "automatic" 3 yards with the surge. I can certainly see his decline this season. What makes matters worse is the fact that we have not adapted to his obvious decline. When is the last time Zeke busted a decent or long run on 1st down? So why waste downs by insisting on doing this? It's almost as if we only get 3 downs instead of 4 to make a 1st down.

It’s starting to look like the running game was what it was due to teams fearing the threat of our passing game with all our starting wr than due to great o-line play.

That’s the conclusion I’m coming to at this point.

You are right, but only because Zeke needs a lead blocker to be effective and Moore just doesn’t have what it takes to stick to a power running game.

That’s interesting. I haven’t really looked how he does with a blocker and without.

i got an even better plan

stop commiting so many stupid penalties

it wont matter whos in, pollard gets a big run and it gets called back

I have no confidence anymore in NFL officials.

I feel like we’re gonna get rang up regardless of how we play. They monitor our team close.

they do it to every team but with Dallas it seems like they wait until we have momentum or make a big play

ive never seen so many penalties on game changing plays we dont get normal PI calls we get them on 3rd down when weve got momentum

We just have to overcome it. We’re a targeted team by officials and anyone who denies it at this point isn’t paying attention or just has their head in the sand.
