Watched the entire thing…couple of thoughts:

Kazee takes horrible angles and has done so the entire season. The missed tackle on the long D. Jackson TD is inexcusable as the last line of defense.

Watching LVE run, try to get off blocks, and maneuver in space is maddening. I think it’s clear his neck surgery may have relieved pain and made him feel better, but it has also reduced his flexibility. If your range of motion in your neck is impacted, it affects how you bend down, turn, et cetera. As a rookie we saw a big framed LB that was able to move and breakdown on ball carriers in space. Now he’s lumbering around with his arms wide out getting spun around.

Folks can hate on Trystan Hill but I’m seeing a lot of positive plays from him. I don’t know if he is ever a full time starter because he’s sort of a tweezer with his size, but I do see a quality rotational player that can be productive. He was overdrafted, there’s no denying that, but there’s no reason to hate on him at this point.

Q. Bohanna may be our biggest defensive linemen but he hasn’t learned utilize it to his advantage and anchor down. I see him getting moved relatively easily by a single blocker. Hopefully he can develop into a more effective space after with further improvements to his technique and strength.

Definitely on Kazee but we are going to have to put up with more of it until Wilson returns.

LVE is cooked. Case closed.

Bohanna seems to be regressing.

Not sure if Gallimore is shooting for a full four months on a 4-6 week deal that we haven't been updated on.

I hope your right. If so. When does Gregory come back.. Coop and Lamb will get us going and if Dak uses his legs for a couple yards if nothing is there then we are rolling on Offense..

I would rather Dak not run, but yah Cooper and Lamb back this week. Sadly Steele is now out. It never ends.

I think we get Gregory back in two weeks. Not sure about Gallimore, Wilson, Urban.

Bro. Dak has to take off with that ball. Him scrambling and picking up yards with his legs has been part of his game since college. He is a legit threat and makes him dangerous. People forget his first 3 or 4 years when he wasn’t paid he had a lot of what the stats called come back games or come from behind games and that was because when he rolls out with a play breaking down he could get upfield. With his previous injury he may not be both physically and mentally ready to do that. But if he is confined to a pocket passer then I am worried..

Thanks for this. Now I don’t need to watch it.

Missing 6 expected opening day starters matters... who knew

(Cooper, Lamb, Gallimore, Gregory, DLaw, Wilson)
it maddens me when people say "whats wrong with dallas, why arent they doing what they used to?"

half the starters are on IR thats why

thats like me starting my podcast trashing the Titans and saying they need to get it together because they havent been potent like yeah no duh both 1 and 2 receivers are on ir and derrick henry the best rb in football who their offense is designed around is on ir

i agree.
I would say any illusion we need to ditch cooper and sign Gallup should be gone by now. Gallup is a good contested catch guy but he has to be because he doesn’t get any separation. He’s not a #1…he’s a distant third WR on our team.
