Better than giving a 10 yard cushion and allowing teams to walk down the field on us while being near the bottom of the league in take aways.

Diggs is still goo but was great the first two months. Does anyone rennet his back tightening against Carolina? Then he hurt his ankle later. Is this a possible cause if his struggles? I think he okayed good the last two Gabe’s but he had t as good as before the bye:
The biggest area of improve e t is press coverage berate. He was the highest rated in that area coming out of college. Now he plays off way too much. He’s big, so he should jam receivers more often . Then play off sometimes to switch it up. That’ll make him a combination of Byron Jones and Asante Samuel.

He's a ball hawk that isn't a fantastic cover corner.

He's going to benefit from the QB making a lot of rushed throws.

Got to rush the QB consistently to get rushed throws.
We’ve seen him cover well. He even covered well the last two Games. He gets beat sometimes, but he’s good . He should press more.

I just don’t understand how you guys are really confused on this stuff. The answer is so obvious it’s staring you in the face.

injuries. Gregory in particular and the the injury struggles of the offense.

lack of pass rush makes him cover longer and he can’t jump routs knowing the ball has to come out quick. Offense is struggling so teams aren’t one dimensional and don’t have to play catch up.

Some of you guys are spoiled. Interceptions in consecutive games is a rarity. The fact that he had a record going says a lot about him.
He'll be fine.
No reasonable fan expects Diggs not to get beat here and there.
The game is tilted towards the passing game.
I like what he's doing and have no problems with him whatsoever.

I couldn't believe him not getting any points in the first 3 quarters of the Broncos game and just getting 3 field goals against the Chiefs.....while he’s getting over 20% of the Cowboys total salary.....what a bust

I hate to say this but I have to.

If you look at the number of yards and big plays given up by Diggs this season, he'd be considered one of the worst CB's in football if not for the eight picks. His ball skills are perhaps the best in the NFL, so that's really what makes him such a threat to opposing offenses. But if he can't make a play on the football, it's a near certainty it's a big play for the other team.

Again, this isn't a criticism of Diggs, since he's basically a wide receiver playing DB and I've never seen a Cowboys corner attack the football as well as him in my lifetime. I was just a toddler when Everson Walls was picking off the entire league.

It looked to me like the Raiders stayed away from him except for a few short passes where he played well off the receiver. But that could have been because the Raiders had a plan to throw at Anthony Brown all day and once they had some success they stuck with it.

It looks to me like the entire secondary has lost something lately. Perhaps, as others have said, it has something to do with the lack of a pass rush. We'll see what happens when Gregory gets back.

It seems to me the secondary should be pretty angry about the way they played on Thanksgiving.

he was getting picks now he isn't. He always was feast or famine in coverage

I know he had a injury for a bit. Maybe lingering. Now I worry about Brown and his confidence. I see the saints opening play being a bomb on Browns side. He will need Safety help..

When throwing towards Diggs you have to get the ball out front, since Diggs is typically trailing. Just think it's safer to throw it up vs other corners not named Diggs where the chances for the INT go down.

Once again I thought I would never see the day I would say this but this team misses Gregory
