The defense will hardly notice
I totally agree man the NFL product sucks and it has for the last half dozen years but since I'm a diehard Cowboy's fan and a sucker for NFL football I will keep watching cause that's what I do.Between the league’s biased enforcement of “rules” and the referees having explicit immunity, why do I even still watch this sport? Hold these idiots accountable
Maybe don't punch somebody after the game?
Lol been crazy busy my sons football season just ended. I got 4 kids i stay busy. Sometimes i dont have the energy to read the stupidity on this siteWhere the hell you been homie?
Right on. Appreciated! All of that other stuff you mention I consider normal fan stuff and I'll chime in here or there with those. What I don't consider normal is literally creating a whole new alternate reality to fool one's self or outright lie to shoehorn victim status on the team when we simply just lost a game. So I like to show up with evidence to the contrary to see what people do with that. I'm curious about human nature that way and fascinated about what we all need to believe at times and why. It just seems childish to pretend something is or isn't there because things didn't go the way you wanted.
not one bit!!The cowboys are the most penalized team inthe NFL. I think this peaks volumes about the coaching staff. T. hill is part of the problem as well. He another 2nd round plyer that will not amount to anything.
I could see him getting one game, but after not giving Toney a single game after he punched Kazee it makes it pretty clear that the NFL has it out for Dallas.
Numerous players have gotten slapped in the wrist while Zeke got the book tossed at him as well.
This punch was a $10,815 fine and not a suspension as well
Anyone who says there are not different rules and an agenda against Dallas is burying their head in the sand. Goodell has it out for us and he dictates this to the refs. We see rules that have hardly ever been called in history get pulled out for Dallas, including in a playoff game. We get double standards for this all the time. Jerry Jones gives zero cares because he is raking in the money. He talks a good game but in the end, he is a spineless weasel who lets Goodell crap all over this dedicated fanbase.
Meanwhile in hockey people fight without facemask.
The difference is reaction vs. Premeditation. The law recognizes this principle, why shouldn't the NFL?Yeah, one took place live on camera, where the kids sitting at home could clearly see it. The other took place after the game, in the background.
on CAMERA is WORSE.
And all those possibilities still existed when hill swung on him after the game, only worse since the raider was unsuspecting and the reasonable expectation of 'protect yourself at all times' during the game had been dropped. You're right not the same as it could be argued that the one in-game should be considered the worse offense.. since it could have caused a guy to miss the rest of the game with an injury if he got knocked down and suffered a concussion or if the punch landed under the chin and broke his jaw or something.
What the heck?
1. What got him that mad?
2. Why was he suspended and other team's players not suspended for the very same thing?
3. Refs are after us. (Is not confirmation bias at this point.)
