Trust me I make damn sure my offensive line is intact and those guys are paid before....ME ME what about ME. And.....I make damn sure my team can handle my $$$$$ no problem. Not greedy.

My left tackle will be my best friend I take care of him.

Where was any concerns over team here, yep, there wasn't any.

Is Dak the highest-paid QB?

Forbes reveals Dak Prescott as NFL's highest-paid player over Tom Brady, Patrick Mahomes. Forbes released its annual list of the NFL's highest-paid players on Friday, and Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott led the way with a whopping $87 million in earnings for 2021.Sep 3, 2021

And now that he can't run any longer he won't rework that contract since he's not what Jerry paid for.........of course not.
good for Dak and he should give a little extra to his agent for getting him all those endorsements...that's what he was paid to do.

you sound awfully jealous. bitter....

and how do you know he won't rework his contract? did you have a personal conversation with stephen jones? or Jerry perhaps...maybe two of you were sharing some thoughts over a couple of drinks...LOL

His cap hit is (2021)17.5m
(2022) 34m, (2023) 45m (2024), 48m with a chance to get out in 2024 that last year.

Can anyone confirm the above is correct?
Guys post stats in attempt to validate Dak, but these stats/numbers you post right here are the most telling. Dak is getting crazy bread (pizza, pizza). Bro, gonna have to play defense too haha.

Lol... the NFL rakes in $7-10 BILLION in profits annually, but you want people to take discounts. Forget Superbowls, their great great grandchildren cant eat a ring. Players want generational wealth.

If you think Dak's contract is crazy, just wait until Lamar Jackson's contract...
I’ll also wait on him putting on ring. Same a Dak…never happening.

What is idiotic is an NFL QB who has never won anything at all thinking he should be paid like those who win Superbowls.

Mahomes
Wilson
Brady
Rodgers

on a whole other level than Dak, until it comes to $$$$$.
so if a QB doesn't win a superobowl, then they don't deserve a new contract? answer that

so Rodgers got a new contract way back in stone age, before he won a championship....should they have not given him a contract?
Allen just got paid and he is making 45M per year, bills made a mistake?
Rodgers hasn't won anything in over 10 years, should they have not given him a new contract?

watson making 40M and slightly less. he is in courts right now defending mollesting 30+ women
allen got paid and he is making around 45M
wentz making 33M

and jackson is about to get paid.... couple of others coming up.

all QBs will be making crazy money. in 2 years, dak will be 10 highest paid or lower.

Retired insurance sales, wife owns a day care biz, $$$$$$ won't be a problem, so no on being jealous or bitter, But, raised two kids and have it all and never needed a mill a year much less 40, that is simply greed. What in the hell do ya do with 40 million bucks a year, come on......who in the hell needs 40 million bucks a year and....IS SINGLE....well?

Dak

Think I;ll buy a castle, a few cars, a boat, a truck, a plane, a train, hell get me an island call it....Dakville. Could use a zoo, a few tigers, some lions an elephant.

And? Some of yall have to really understand what the NFL really is... an ENTERTAINMENT company. Players use it as a means to provide their families a better life, and like I said before FORGET SUPERBOWLS his family will eat off his contract for generations.

Just ask all those guys who won rings in the 70's and 80's. That little NFL money is gone, all they have left is a gold ring and the lasting effects from all those concussions/injuries.

Allen the same as Dak, a ridiculous deal.

Rodgers is an NFL MVP, who might be the best QB in the NFL you are comparing Dak to Aaron Rodgers, ha!!!!

so if you win a meaningless award, subjective for that matter, then you deserve it....that's ridiculous.

and I am not comparing Dak to Rodgers, you are...I asked a simple question. Rodgers has won a single championship and he has made 263M in contracts.....does that sound right to you? given you are defending rodgers....

and book on Dak is not finished. still early in his career. rodgers is on the final chapter.....Dak has made 80M so far, so lets wait a few years so he reaches the 250M mark and see if he wins a championship before we close that book.

..this is not my forte..lol. But I suppose not making rash decisions on players and use what productivity has incurred from them. Not the highlight years, but in all. Pay them amongst that scale.

Ex: Dlaw, overpaid for his production. I once thought Cooper was. But he's shown his weight N gold.

I know its the market, but still...if that salary cap don't go up according to projections all those teams gonna have a clust f on their hands.

in NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB players get paid based on potential, evaluated based on past performances....its a projection....that's how it works....if you want to change it to performance based only, then you have a big fight with NFLPA and player associations in general...in fact, there was such a fight and this is the agreement they came to....

of course they will. the salary cap and market growth is a projection. no different than any other business that invests in hiring employees, paying employees, making capital expenditure, making investments, etc.....

if they are wrong, the business goes under.....

First of all an NFL MVP is not some meaningless award, it is a very big deal especially to those who win it. Can't believe you said that, wow!

Look my man, lets take Patrick Mahomes, Russell Wilson, Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers accomplishmebts, how in the hell does Dak belong in with that gang, yep, he doesn't so why pay him as if he did?

You and the rest of Dak nation will never accept the fact that he’s one of the main problems.
yet he isn't., hes had one truly bad game(denver) and one shaky game (kc )out of 11 , rated top 10 just about every source in the world and has been in the top 5 at few points this year,..hate to break it to dak hater nations, you are arong..when he bad we are real about it ..raider games wasn't even close to Dak as an issues..get grip on reality..

what's really sad is the small% of his own fan base cant appreciate he can play..accept it..

i criticize him when its applicable..raiders game not his issues,,

It's meaningful in life? I guess their families down the line can put that on a bank loan application...
