Dak didn't miss CeeDee on 4th down. CeeDee turned the wrong way. He turned into coverage, instead of turning to the open field. Dak still tried to help CeeDee by throwing the ball as close as possible to CeeDee without the pass being tipped or intercepted by the LB passing in front of CeeDee. That missed play was on CeeDee.

I didn’t see it as open at all, no matter the blocking. Lamb was well covered.
