Prescott or Parsons. If you could keep just one, who would you keep and why?

:facepalm::facepalm: you keep the quarterback. Obviously you weren't here during the Quincy Carter-Hutchinson years.......And as bad as some in here hate Dak. He's far from the worse quarterback in the league. Go ask the bottom feeding teams how they'd love to have him. I think the biggest problem with Dak is McCarthy and Kellen Moore. Get better coaching you get a better Dak. So in his career. Dak has had Garrett, Moore and McCarthy:facepalm: It's a wonder he's this good:facepalm:

It's amazing how many fans here don't remember what it was like between Aikman and Romo.
It was not pretty and no decent qbs don't grow on trees.
You know the funny part of this question is? We dont win a SB with both these players on the team - not the way its built now at least.

Now take LT - probably the greatest defensive player to ever play the game - do people think he won the SB by himself...

1986 giants front 7

George Martin - Jim Burt - Leonard Marshall (12 sacks)

Carl Banks - Harry Carson - Gary Reasons - LT (20.5 sacks)

Tell me you wanna keep Parsons over a QB in that type of D or the 2000 Ravens D - then yes, you can probably have a bus driver for a QB.

86 Giant's had Phil Sims. A very competent qb.
And Parsons does not have the other defensive players surrounding him that LT had.
This really goes to the point of team building and can you trust Jerry to do that?

Lol at all these posters trying to justify Parsons is less important because even with Parsons our defense still sucks and we’ve lost 4 games. The defense is mostly full of JAGS while the offense is completely loaded. What a nonsensical argument.

Without Parsons our defense would be complete junk and we for sure lose more games. He impacts almost every play. He 100% is just as important to the team as Dak (if not more) and if you can’t see it you’re blind.

If you had to choose between the two and got rid of Dak imo this would be a much better team if you used the enormous amount of cap space you would open up to get a middle of the pack QB and some really good defensive players to go with Parsons.

And in case y’all forgot, we were 1-3 (which should have been 0-4 if not for some fluke onside kick) with Dak last year with the offense putting up historical numbers. Defense will always be more important than offense.

You must keep one and lose one.

Which one do you keep, which one do you sacrifice to another team, say an AFC team... and get nothing in return. And why?
QBs are way more important than defensive players in the NFL.

There is a reason the SB winner every season has a stud at QB, like Mahommes, Brady, Manning, Brees, Rogers, Wilson, ect..

Who was the last SB winner that had a so-called system QB? Only team I can remember doing it was the Ravens with Trent Dilfer, but they had probably the best defense the league had seen in decades that year.
