I've watched the seachickens a couple times this year. I remember Wilson getting beaten up pretty good.
Dak gets beat up and yall expect him to be the blue dude from The Watchmen. Keep the same standards for all qbs

Discounting the implicit subtext of this thread's title, I think it is a good thing Dak reflects on his play, analyses it, and admits his mistakes.

As a side note, have you noticed Dak can reshuffle the formation? Move people into the right place.

Think on Romo getting the ball snapped with one second left. Dak routinely has time to spare.

Not a Dak vs Romo comment. But just looking at the difference in clock management by the quarterback.
Fine but how many lessons do we learn too late? Why did he even think that to begin with. Big money elite leader qb.

You are mistaken. Dak needs Cooper. It’s not the system that he needs.

agree cooper gets open and forces the other DBs to then also watch his moves if he is in a bunch formation. That creates a momentary hesitation that allows Dak to choose where to go with the ball. With the other receivers e.g Brown
This doesn’t happen

Basically, Dak was saying, I was trying to do things that great QBs do, but I'm not a great QB and I need to stay in my lane.

Let's hope he takes his own advice.

It actually shows more when he has a running lane. He won’t run for an easy 5-10 yards and slide instead he will force a throw. maybe he is putting too much pressure on himself to do to much.

There is nothing wrong with him playing within himself. He proved week 1 he can do it….. he just needs to relax. Take what the defense gives him… move the chains. Then hit some big plays when they are available

Facts but I wonder if him running into sacks is causing that too besides the leg.

It reminds me of that year when he overcorrected and tried to be a pure pocket passer.

It’s weird because he’s seeing a lot of man coverage and 4-5 man rushes. He used to go through progressions and then take off right away.

In that coverage the running lanes are there he just isn’t taking them for whatever reason. He needs to to keep the defense honest

Yes, preinjury. Post-unjury, I wonder how much of it is just mental now. Everything seems off and a bit slower with him, lately.

I am pretty sure you would have done the same thing in his position. In fact dont think anyone would have done it differently.
I would not have, and many more others than you think also would not have. Not everyone is eaten up w/ greed.

Good for you! and I dont mean it in a demeaning or sarcastic way. There are not many like you and I totally agree money cannot buy happiness.
