Raiders get PI call to beat Dallas but don’t today on a more egregious non call

Do you seriously want that weak crap to be a penalty? If so, let them just throw a flag for any finger laid on a receiver 5 yards down field. It didn’t impede the receiver one bit. Good Lord, let’s just move to flag football already. And Rambo is your username? Change it.
I don't really care. After that Thanksgiving game the league obviously told the officials not to call as many penalties.

Hurts the Boys twice..

It was a bad call on Turkey Day. Don’t care about him ‘turning his head’, it just wasn’t PI.

Just started watching the KC game. On the first play by Denver, the DB lowers his helmet to make the tackle. It’s a clear and obvious penalty. No call.

Right is right and wrong is wrong. The Saints got screwed on a RB pass blocking. You want Zeke penalized next time he does the exact same thing so Saints fans don’t think they are getting screwed?

Let the players on the field decide the game. It was a minimal tug and the defender had good position. I am so freaking tired of the all the ticky-tack calls. I have seen much worse infractions not called in games and I don't care as long as the non call s are equitable to both teams. No flags are good flags.

I agree.

Please, tell that to the refs (then) when Dallas' D is on the field. People aren't as upset with today's non-PI call in Vegas as they are with those PI calls on Thanksgiving in Dallas.

Which is it? Can't have it both ways.

Waaaahhhh. Cowboys are victims.

Every other post is, "if that were the Cowboys ... (insert whiny victim stance)." I mourn the loss of masculinity 'round these parts.
Well, the Cowboys got burned in the 1st game last year when they called the OPI on Gallup. They got burned this year in the 1st game when they didn't call the OPI on Tampa. Then they got burned on Thanksgiving and then burned again when they let it go today. That's 4 games in 2 years.

The Cowboys got screwed when they hit Dak in the face on the interception. So, they are even.

Since you are so smart and can see things. Can you explain what defensive holding is?

The fact you said this proves how subjective defensive holding and PI penalties are. The NFL needs to make sure such calls are consistent.

Do I see holding or PI on this play? I can be convinced I can. I can also be convinced I can't.

This is why I was so mad on Thanksgiving since I've seen worse than what Anthony Brown did NOT called. I don't think what Brown did was worse than this non-call today.

This wasn't called, so what the Cowboys did shouldn't have been called either.

Ok. Does that mean the NFL should never penalize hits to QBs heads because the Cowboys had a bad call? Seems like you are just looking for revenge and that is your motivation for posting.

We won this game due to a missed call:

The Schultz non-fumble that was a fumble in the Carolina game, etc. Everything evens out. But no, we're victims of Mara and Goodell's grand conspiracy. Weak.

Everything doesn’t even out and bad calls costs teams games.

You should be asking yourself why we have all of this technology and only certain penalties can be challenged and others can’t. It’s a way they can manipulate games.

People are missing the point, both were PI’s the one on Brown was because the rules say if the DB doesn’t turn his head it’s a PI, just like it’s a PI when a DB pulls the jersey of the receiver…the point is 1 was called and hurt the boys, another wasn’t called and also hurt the boys..

Or maybe they don't want the games slowing to a crawl to review every single thing and it's nothing to do with manipulating games. There are far more effective ways to do that than hoping circumstance falls a certain way so they can then enact their plan. Like with the Dez no-catch (that actually wasn't a catch), do you think there was some deal to wait for a chance to rule wrongly to keep the Cowboys down? And what if that opportunity never came?

There is millions and millions of dollars changing hands on these games. You know that right?

Sure there are, but you people are choosing probably the most convoluted way to manipulate a game if that's the goal. You need to guarantee it, not leave it to chance hoping the circumstance will come around and using the refs would be exactly that. That's why if there really is something going on, none of you conspiracy folks will ever know how it really works and just continue shooting in the dark at this angle or that angle.

Today's absolutely should have been a penalty and the Creepy Snyder Football Team deserved to lose as they always do.

It's a blatant penalty. There is no PI exception for "intentionally grabbing the WR's jersey". This isn't incidental contact of 2 players going for the ball or their legs getting tangled. Really no debate that it's a penalty.

Obviously a penalty that would have been called on cowboys because it was .

Yeah...and the difference is this time there wasn't a Hochuli trying to show the most watched game in 30 years that they work out and should be celebrities.
That game took over 3-1/2 hours to play because of all the ridiculous penalties. Hoculi and his ilk shoudl have all been suspended after that debacle.
My butt - it was DPI. As soon as the jersey’s tugged it should be a flag. The inconsistency in NFL flagging is infuriating.
They should "consistently" let them play and stop the yellow madness.
