I need Cooper to show up from opening kickoff until this team walks out with W.

No more snap limits, breathers, and losing on double coverage matchups. Amari needs to come out with attitude and make a statement that no one can cover him.

Let it be a warning to rest of the league.

I think he’s still a couple of weeks away from being 100% but I’m sure he’ll talk about it on his show tomorrow

Amari isn’t one of our problems. Don’t understand why some fans keep jumping on him. He’s helped us win a number of games since he’s been here. We certainly haven’t played very well without him. He’s been a terrific player for us and was well worth the number one pick we gave up for him.

I disagree. Maybe we just have diff definitions of what a WR1 is though.

But other WR1’s disappear just as often because a lot of times they’re playing the decoy role and opening up things for others.

The ones that defenses can’t take away are simply the elite.

i think you have to actually be in the game to be a decoy,,.between Cooper’s soft tissue issues and soft brain he is not enough of a presence to be a real #1....and he isn’t worth 21 mill a year for a part time impact...

This may be, but Coop's chemistry with Dak is second to none on this team.
He has had it since say 1. Immediate impact player. When you have a #1 that can make cuts like that he will always get open. Moore needs to work on quicker routes.

I agree. Quicker routes would be helpful to Dak and the team. I think using more slants would give Dak quick releases to gain good yardage. A good slant route can be lethal, and Coop is one of the best route runners in the league. I'd say use it. You can get an easy 5 yards of more with that.

Bilichick double and triple teamed Amari and took his chances with Lamb. Amari is the true #1 on this team as long as he continues to get that type of attention.

They worry about the big hit using a slant. Now a days it results in a flag but could injure the receiver. I have seen them run a deeper version. Maybe more of a quick or skinny post.

I could go with that. Either way, something that is quick and allows the WR to make a quick break and get the ball. I'm sure Moore, if he's the genius proclaimed to be, can come up with a way to make this work.

Cooper is definitely the guy who Dak is most confident in. His precision with his routes and ability to get to a spot on time make life a lot easier for a QB. Once he gets it going, the entire offense seems to follow suit. Go Coop!

Having a receiver that good but on the sidelines as often as he seems to be is frustrating as hell.

I was on the move on from Gallup bandwagon…but I would love to keep him. He can solve red zone problems. He makes those tough toe tapping catches…but he is not a number 1. I still think Cooper is our number 1. He seems to make the big catch to keep drives moving.

Yup he's more of a complementary speedy #2 type but he can still blow the lid off defenses at times. Hopefully in this crucial divisional game he'll do just that.

he cracked his ribs in week 2 lol
